Really nice inside space / ambience to catch up with a friend or get work done. Selection ranges from espresso beverages to pressed juices (both were fantastic) to kombucha on tap. Bonus: two tvs behind the bar so you can catch whatever sporting event you're into while sipping a mimosa or latte or you name it. Service was friendly and prompt, bathrooms were super clean (thank you!) and the interior was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. Understaffed for the day after Black Friday. I arrived at 10am. 4 adults in our party. My first visit. We had to clean our own table with napkins we got wet with lemon water. The place is popular for its bottomless mimosas on the weekends. I had the protein bowl which was the only substantive low carb item on the menu; it was diced eggs, sausage patty, bacon, and avocado. Not bad - three stars on the food and drip coffee. The rest of my party love place. The four stars are for the nice ambiance, the very nice sheep artwork, and downtown CDA location. read more

This place was so cute! I would love to come back sometime to try the bottomless mimosas and a smoothie. The atmosphere was great and the staff was all very kind! To say all that though, the drink I got was pretty unpleasant. A Nitro cold brew and normally I don't add anything but I tried to make it better with some creamer and it just still was not good. Well, my wife and I discovered this great little cafe not too long ago. We've been in there 4 times now in the last couple of weeks. We went here for bottomless mimosas - it starts at 10 am on Saturday and Sunday. They have many flavors to pick from and of course OJ and grapefruit juice. There was complementary water available, which was a nice touch...especially when you're rounding the corner to mimosa three. I also got the breakfast burrito, which was lovely. I love, love, love the Hibiscus Lavender Iced Tea! My husband and I, go out to breakfast every weekend and then we pop over to Fine Brewed, where we each get an iced tea, before walking around downtown. The space itself, is quite large and airy, with fresh and contemporary decor. And it is in the perfect location, right in the mix of everything. I have never been here at night, but they offer more than just breakfast beverages (they have wine and some beers on tap) and I have heard they have live music on the weekends, which I would like to check out. Why only three stars? On two occasions, my husband and I popped in here, around 7:30am on a week day, hoping to enjoy a coffee and a breakfast sandwich, before he went to work (I can't remember what days of the week they were, just that it was a week day). On both occasions actually, there were only two other patrons in the store, that appeared to be waiting for their orders and both times, we stood at the counter and waited for someone to come to the cash register to take our order, for several minutes. We could see one person in the food prep area, making something. After standing there, for several minutes (both times) and realizing that there was only one person working, we turned around and left, going over to Bakery by the Lake (which I don't even like that much), where we knew that we could at least get coffee and breakfast sandwiches, in a timely manner. Even if a slow morning is anticipated, I think it's pretty important to have at least two people on staff, in the event that more than one person at a time, comes in before work and has limited time. We didn't pipe up and announce our presence either time, because we could tell it was going to take much longer to get a couple of breakfast sandwiches and coffee, than we were willing to wait, on a week day. I guess my biggest critique would be that they need to have at least two people on staff at all times; I would absolutely give four stars if this were the case. So, while I don't think we will be counting Fine Brewed as one of our week day go-to's (which we do about twice a week with about a 30 minute window), as it stands...we will definitely continue to pop in here for that lip smacking iced tea on the weekends and maybe to have a cocktail and listen to some live music! read more

:( I absolutely LOVE the space, decor, prices & drinks! They use my FAVE syrups. I'm a server so I understand when things are busy service is slower but the staff are trying to keep up. I've had repeatedly lacking service experiences here. The girls are nice (I think?) but SLOW! (In both ways) I try and call ahead so I can get my cold brew (which is on tap). STILL I waited. I watched the cup sit there for 10min. Cold brew literally takes minute. I've gone back to WELLNESS BAR on 4th, which is a shame because Fine Brewed would be amazing with server/baristas that ACTUALLY want to be there. :( read more

I live in CDA and have tried to go to this place multiple times. However! Every time I go in, it seams the workers are always to busy talking to people that have already been served. I stood there one time for ten minutes just wanting a drink to go and was obviously standing in front of the register but the yong girls behind the counter just wanted to talk to one guy that was half way through a drink and his plate was empty! For real! The next time almost the same thing! The next time after that was my last time I will ever give my time in that place! Again stood there tapping my onyx black titanium card on the counter trying to get their attention! Nothing!!!! So I ask, if three times in a row and no service, how the hell do you guys even afford your electric bill! Walk just a short distance down the road to the bagel shop and got happy service! I stumbled into this cafe while visiting Coeur d'alene. They have a great menu with acai bowls, sandwiches, breakfast items, smoothies and juices. Typically I stay away from the downtown area, that being said I find myself making the trip to this place for coffee. I only drink drip coffee, and the Thomas hammer coffee they serve is excellent. Reasonably priced coffee. A 12 ounce brew is 1.75 with the first refill free. I don't drink wine but they do have a wine and beer bar. I have not tried the food here but I noticed allot of people ordering food. It has a small loft area with table seating. The staff is very friendly. These cats were under- staffed and they never missed a beat. 2 women that were multi-tasking extraordinaires.
