The wide open space inside is awesome if you want to come and sip a cup of coffee and get some work done. It also works just to stop in if you're in town cheering someone on for a race. The menu is simple. To us we felt like the espresso did have a touch of a floral taste but it was smooth. Staff are quick and helpful.

I went here years ago, and I remember this place as one of the top two coffee shops I have ever been to in my life. I remember it so well I came back to review it years later, I still dream of that perfect cup. I'm definitely a snob (black coffee only guy). When my relatives recommended this place I went "alright, sure", but decided to give it a shot and I'm so glad I did. Perfect cup, it was a pour over (honey processed). Dreamy. If I ever am in the area I will demand we stop for coffee here.

Stopped by here on a trip to get some work done. Very spacious coffee shop with good vibes. The service was good and it wasn't crowded on a Saturday morning. Lavender Oatmilk Latte 5/5: I ordered this drink less sweet and it was perfect. Still tasted like lavender without being too sweet.

Excellent customer service. Delicious coffee and a plethora of desserts to choose from. I tried the huckleberry handpie and it was very good! I can't wait to try the veggie handpie. There is plenty of seating space with charging stations. This is a walking distance from the CD resort.

This coffee shop is so refreshingly open design and relaxing at the same time! It has a modern industrial decor that makes you feel yes right at home! I enjoy their seasonal drink offerings which are uniquely made and changed for every season! The staff is very helpful and will make some suggestions perfect for you if you need helping picking out of their Del ious menu! I know the thing that had my mouth watering was their savory and sweet hand pies! They are to die for! I loved the breakfast one! I enjoyed the coffee as well as tried a turmeric chai! Wow what a special type of chai I have never seen a numeric chai on the menu anywhere i have been.

Excellent coffee and customer service! The family loved the Brekkie Handpies Also, very happy they had GF and Vegan options for me. Snickerdoodle cookie is delicious.

Awesome seating with space and a chill vibe

Absolutely worth the stop -- best coffee and pastries in Coeur d'Alene We visited Evans Brothers Coffee (connected with Bean & Pie) on the last morning of our trip -- and honestly, it was the highlight of our café stops. The coffee was arguably the best we had anywhere in Coeur d'Alene: smooth, rich, and clearly made with care. You can taste the difference in the roast quality and technique. We also picked up two hand pies from Bean & Pie -- peach and apricot. The apricot pie was exceptional: perfectly crisp crust, sweet and slightly tart filling, and just the right balance of texture and flavor. It's the kind of pastry you remember long after the trip ends. What surprised us most? It wasn't crowded. This place deserves to be packed. It's a quiet gem with real passion behind the food and drink. Don't miss it.

Having had lots of coffee from most shops in town, this is for sure top 2, if not the best. Great espresso, balanced lattes, good service. Lots of seating and convenient location when wandering town.

I read great reviews when I was researching coffee shops in Coeur D'Alene and our experience did not fall short. The staff are super friendly and the vibe was comfortable and upbeat. Uncle Rico's Cortado was smooth, bright, and delicious, with a hint of orange and spices. The hand pies are freshly made and the asparagus quiche, which came highly recommended, was the best quiche I have ever tasted. The homemade crust was light and flakey, not dense and flavorless. A++ for Evans Bros Coffee!

Eva warmly welcomed & treated me so kindly, I immediately relaxed into my comfy spot to relax, sip and read for a while. Even though they use a premium chai, my dirty chai was too sweet for me, Eva insisted on remaking me another!! The Berry Streusel, lightly heated, made for a perfect combo. I highly recommend The Vault and Eva, grateful for you! BTW I had no cash and missed the add tip when using card. Eva's graciousness impressed me so much it allowed me to chill and enjoy!

They had a lot of unique latte options instead of just the same basic flavors you can get anywhere, and I liked that they leaned into local touches with huckleberry items. That's the kind of thing that makes it feel like you're actually getting something from the area and not just another copy-paste coffee stop. It's also in a great spot if you want to make more of an afternoon out of it. There are cute little shops around downtown, and you're close enough to wander over toward the park and the lake after grabbing coffee. It's an easy place to stop, walk around, and actually enjoy Coeur d'Alene for a bit. Definitely worth checking out, especially if you like flavored lattes and want something a little more interesting than the normal coffee chain run.
