A friend recommended this place to me. Although she hadn't been here before, I still chose to give…read moreit a try. I dropped off two pairs of jeans on a Friday and the lady told me it would be ready by Tuesday. That is a quick turnaround to me because most places say at least a week. Tuesday rolls around and I asked my sister to pick up the jeans. When she gets there the lady told her the jeans weren't ready, that she should come back later, this was at 10ish. I arrive later around 3ish, and she tells me the jeans still aren't ready that I should wait about 30 mins. I was a little annoyed but I decided to wait. My jeans are finally ready and I decide to try them on before I leave just in case it needs a little bit more alterations. One out of the two pair of jeans I felt I wanted to send them in at the waist a little bit more. I bring that to her attention and she immediately starts to raise her voice and tell me no that this is the way that I wanted it. I was kind of shocked because I'm at an alterations place isn't the point of coming here is to get alterations. I explained this to her and her response was you're gonna have to pay extra. Why am I paying extra when I already paid for this service and it wasn't right. Why can't you just make the alterations? I wouldn't have mind paying more, but it's the way that she said it was kind of rude. I had already waited 30 minutes, I had to come back again because my clothes weren't ready. She didn't have no concessions for me. I already thought to myself that I probably wouldn't be back just for the fact that I had to come back twice, but I for sure will not be back. This is just my experience from the customers that have came in, they seem to love her.

They are not pricey I believe dress pants alterations are only $10 and that's a bargain now a days specially for the quality service she does. They have a drive thru and you can drop off and pick up the same day. Depending on the time tho. The lady's in the front desk are really nice and professional, you get greeted as you enter and the place is clean and has a welcoming feeling. There's plenty of parking, it's located in the busy intersection corner of Collins and mayfield.

I have been a customer for about 5 years at minimum. Staff was always very nice and the prices were…read morereasonable until this past week. I dropped of 8 pieces for alterations and 2 blazers to be dry cleaned. I returned 1 week later and a lady whom I've never seen before brings the blazers to the window and states my total is $19.07. I had my ticket in my hand it price was just above $18 dollars, okay no biggie at the time - just a few cents off. My alternations were not ready, so I had to return on Tuesday. Tuesday, June 15th I returned to pick up my alterations and my daughter's. I had my ticket in hand with a total price of $153 for my stuff. The guy rings me up at $190. I asked why was I paying $190 and he stated that "it was the price". That's not a reason, because the price is on the ticket I was given when I dropped everything off. Questioned him again and he stated oh they still have you dry cleaning included, I'll refund you $18. She charged me $19.07 on Saturday for the blazers and my alteration ticket CLEARLY states $153, so I am still being over charged $20. At this point I'm exhausted from traffic and work I want to go home and I wasn't willing to leave my items. Now, I give them my daughters number for her items and she jumped from $86 to $114 in price. As soon as I got home, I tried everything on and two of the dresses are ruined. The alteration lady just made a LAZY seam across the middle both of my sleeves that previously did not have seams in them. She pulled my green dress forward to take the shoulders up, now the zipper meets the bend of my neck. Just horrible work. I called them complained and was told to bring the dresses back. I asked if the place was under new ownership and the guy stated it was. After thinking things over, I'm not taking the dresses back - I will just NEVER go back. The new owners should have honored the prices on the clothes when they took over. They can do whatever they after that but to change prices after the service was completed under the previous owner is bad business. Unfortunately BEST CLEANERS, you lost two valuable customers.

I recently brought in a soft suede lambskin shirt for repair. There was a small hole that I was…read morehoping could be fixed as invisibly as possible. Before the repair, the hole naturally sat closed and was only visible if I pushed my finger underneath to show it in photos. Unfortunately, the finished patchwork did not meet my expectations. The repair was not blended well, and the patched area is clearly visible on the outside. On the inside of the shirt, there is excess glue around the patch, which is disappointing--especially given how thin and delicate the lambskin is. To be fair, the stitching repair along the seams near the collar turned out very nicely, and I do appreciate that work. However, overall I'm disappointed with the quality of the patch repair. I had hoped for a much more seamless result, particularly since the original hole lay flat and discreet on its own. Now the repaired area is permanently noticeable, and because the leather is so thin, it's not something that can easily be removed and redone. The repair cost $30. While I understand pricing can vary, I would have expected a more refined and blended finish for this type of delicate garment. I was also disappointed to learn that they do not offer leather cleaning services, which would have been helpful when caring for a delicate suede piece like this.
