I came here because I had heard great things about this cleaners. However, I'm not sure I want to return after my experience. I dropped off a suit to get dry cleaned and was told the turn around time would be a day. Sound good right? Well, they did have the suit cleaned and did a good job with the cleaning process. The only thing is that they lost a button and I desperately needed that suit for an event the next morning. I understand that suit buttons are lost all the time. However, I really wish they were more upfront and proactive about this. The clothes were not inspected. And the worst part was that the suit was folded/packed in a way to conceal the button. When I pointed this out, the lady mentioned that they sent out all their dry cleaning. The place they sent it out to apparently does not do inspections and she didn't know about the damage. She offered to send it to a tailor to get the suit fixed and tried calling the place they send out to. They lost the original button. She offered to send the suit to a tailor to get it fixed. However, since it took 2-3 days to get it fixed (and I didn't have the time), I tried to find a replacement for my event. Well, she offered to let me bring it back to get it properly taken care of after a few days. When I did bring it back, they somehow managed to find the button and tightened up every button and even dry cleaned it again for free. I do appreciate their efforts to fix this. I wish they would have just inspected this before sending the suit back. It would have made this whole experience much better and prevented the stress I had to go through right before my event. read more

Came an hour before 5:00 pm to pick up my clothes just to be told come back after 5:00pm . Like who literally picks up exactly after the time they tell you clothes will be done!?!? Like that's just a courtesy cushion time typically but here it's not the case . Also she didn't wash one of my shirts , no call no text no nothing . Her reason was that cause it had a small rip. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I rarely post negative reviews but I have to warn other people - Fullers Cleaners ruined my $895 dress by using the wrong type of heat on it. When I showed the owner what they did, all she had to say was, "That is the risk you take with a cleaners"...Umm no! I have never had such a terrible experience with a cleaners. Ok, well I decided to try this cleaners since it's really close to my house. What a mistake that was. I dropped off two shirts to get laundered and went to pick them up a few days later and they were closed at 10:45 a.m. on a Tuesday. There was a note on the door that said they would be back at 11:30. I was in a hurry to get these back and thought it was ridiculous that they would close during the day. So, I went back at 11:30 and they were open and I asked the lady why they were closed and she said she had to run errands! Are you kidding me?????? They are only open to 6 p.m, so I am sure she could've went afterwards. Then she proceeds to show me a sign that says they close every Monday and Thursday from 10-11:30 a.m. I was shocked. I told her today was not Monday or Thursday and it was just a waste of time. They also ruined my husbands shirts a long time ago, but I thought I would give them another chance. I have been using Fuller's for years. The lady that works there is always pleasant and I have never had an issue with my clothes. They always hit the promised deadline. Also, I travel frequently and will leave my clothes with them for weeks at a time. She has never complained and always has everything ready for me when I return. It also seems that she has memorized all of my preferences because she hasn't asked me for any guidelines for any of my clothes and they're perfect and as I like them each time. read more

I have been coming here for years. Prices are competitive, service is good, haven't had any real issues. Button or two break here and there due to excessive dry cleaning and general wear and tear, but that's to be expected for any garment. Enjoy walking to their shop from home. I occasionally come with my dog so they are pet friendly. I usually walk in about five or ten minutes to close on weekdays and never get turned away. read more

This is by far the worst cleaners I have ever been to. My very first time here, they returned my pants discreetly folded to hide a 4 inch rip just underneath the back pocket, which they were clearly aware of because the rip had been professionally patched. When I returned the next day to ask them why they hadn't brought it to my attention and why they charged me for cleaning something that they destroyed, they refused to acknowledge responsibility. Even after I indicated that they had lost my business over $3.75 (and I never said I expected them to pay for full value of my damaged pants) the stubborn owner insisted that I had torn the pants myself. After the owner finished shouting at ME, she revealed that she actually sends all of the clothes to a third-party for cleaning, and none of the cleaning is actually done in store. I miss this place. Very friendly little lady who speaks good enough english. I used to live a block away and went here for 3 years. The are very cheap and never messed anything up. She'll even sow buttons back on for $1 or so. I will be driving the extra mile or so to stay away from the Uptown cleaners where prices are %50 higher. read more

Ridiculous... My girlfriend dropped my clothes off for me. I just stopped by to pick them up on my way to the office. Even though I could describe each items size and color and nevermind they were all men's clothes, and that I have her my GF's full name and phone number. She wouldn't release me my clothes. Had no idea dry cleaners were more secure then my bank. This is one unhappy no longer first time customer! read more
