Work was done and expected timeline and well. However, when we showed up to pick it up on Friday afternoon, we were informed we could not pay with personal credit card or check. It is very difficult to get a cashiers check at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon, we were not given any of this information prior to showing up when our car was completed clearly a breakdown in communication and unrealistic expectations for consumers. read more

Paid too much for a repair that came with the worse service. The office is mess and tan by very unorganized people. They take the batteries out of your remotes and use them for other vehicles. They charged me for a alignment but didn't actually get one done to my car. It took them several months to get the right part for my car after they gave it back. Do not go here unless you have other options. read more

Fine Line is the real deal, not only are they incredibly accommodating, but they give each customer the attention and auto repair necessary to create lifelong clients. My car was hit a few weeks ago and Fine Line was the first place I took it. They dealt with my insurance company and were able to have the insurance adjuster come right to the shop so I didn't have to drive my car anywhere else. It took over a week, but the results speak for themselves, my car looks brand new! Mike and Christina go above and beyond to offer advice and guide you through the repair process. They were great about keeping me updated through phone and email. They're typically there late so even though their hours are til 6, you can often find them working late to get everything done. They do offer a military discount, and they have a referral program so if you send a customer their way you'll get a $50 check in the mail. Another bonus - the repair warranty is good for as long as you own your car! I highly recommend stopping in for anything from extensive damage to a new windshield, they'll definitely take care of you. read more

My Nissan Rouge looked better and shinier when I got it back from Fine Line than the first time I saw it at the dealership. This is a Nissan approved auto shop and I can see why! Do NOT use this shop, especially if you have insurance!! They held our truck for 5 months, even moved it to another location that was much farther away. This was after telling us we had to wait 30 days before they would even look at it, we said we could be patient. After multiple calls and site visits, they said they were getting approvals from the insurance company and billing them for repairs. They got over 5K from our insurance company without a single repair, but for "assessing". Finally we realized our mistake - when we went to go get our vehicle they wouldn't release it to us without getting the remaining $3500 from us in "storage fees"! They kept it all that time to rack up these charges. So we are out over 8 thousand dollars and they didn't fit anything! This is a complete SCAM and they were not responsive to us, our insurance company or the police. They absolutely lied all along the way and we gave them so many chances to make this right. Next step is legal. Don't make the same mistake, go anywhere else. read more

My car door handle was broken and I stopped in to get it fixed. They looked at it and let me know I needed another part. After I came back with everything I needed, they took a look, got me in while I was there and fixed it free if charge since it was minor! Had a person hit my parked car, and did not want to deal with auto repairs. Emailed a message to Fine Line and they got back to me next day. Stopped over and they were able to arrange everything for my repair and communicate with the insurance company and rental company. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the work seems to be done incredibly well. Can't even tell it was hit now. I was also pleasantly surprised they had cleaned the car interior as well! These people are scammers. They want your money and that's all they care about. Brought my fiancée's car here after an accident. The initial estimate looking at the car was $5,000 at most by Cody (he lied). The final estimate was around $10,000. They offered to pay for tires and said we wouldn't be charged then went back on their word. They were terrible at communication. The management was terrible. They had the car for over a month and 2 days before we were supposed to get the car back they had the wrong windshield so we were stuck with it or wait for them to order a new one then install it which would have been another week plus. In addition on the day we were supposed to get it back, they still hadn't bought and acquired the tires for the car. I was supposed to get it back at 10 am. I didn't get it back until 8:30 PM! Then after having the car for only hour (the car had sat on their lot for a month at this point), the back tire blew out because they neglected to inspect the rear tires. I spun out on 71 across three lanes of traffic. When contacting the owner and regional manager they could care less about me and my car. Again they only care about the money. The scammed us for over $10,000. My fiancée has taken her car to a dealership and another body shop since and there is over $6,000 worth of damage that wasn't fixed by them that they supposedly fixed. When I was involved in a car accident, I started to research auto body shops in the area. Fine Line consistently popped up with stellar reviews. I left a message on a Saturday and was shocked when Michael called me back the next day (on a Sunday!). He was extremely professional and knowledgeable from our first encounter, to the moment I picked up my car. Christina was also wonderful and went above and beyond in every level of customer service. I brought my car in for repairs on both sides of my car they were damaged from two separate accident's and they did replace all doors but my paint color doesn't match it's darker on both sides doors of my car on cloudy days and if you look as you pass the car theirs a huge color difference on both sides of my car. I brought the car in for them to take a look and the owner told me he agrees about the colors, he saw the difference in the paint color and told me it would be covered under their repair warranty. So I was going to give them a second chance as I did right? He told me he was going to call me on a specific day so I waited several weeks no calls heard nothing from him then I took my phone to call and at my surprise!! He had a surgery of some sort so I didn't want to make it a big deal. Then I called the body shop my self the lady gave me a number for there Morse road location, for the warranty repair process so I called and the warranty lady she scheduled me for a drop off date and I made a scheduled appointment on Tuesday the month after then I go ahead and drop my car off they tell me rental isn't covered for warranty repairs right? So I fork up my credit card for the rental for one week costing almost $1000 and my car was just sitting and no one touched it until I came several times to get my car on the promised date which was a week later and came earlier my car sat there parked all week all day that and nothing was done until. I kept on bothering them then They took my car in to wash it and hand it back to me with the same paint issues mis matched colors with swirl marks all over the car. I had previously no repairs or Changes were made except the gap that wasn't on my bumper until I brought my car there for the repairs so basically what they will do is talk your ear off and tell you things that will be done on your car to make you feel safe and never do it they suck please if you love your car don't go to any fine line auto body they will ruined your paint and lie to your face so many times if I were you I'd skip this business Entirely!!! They kept in communication with me through the whole process and did a great job of explaining all my options and working with the insurance and rental car companies to make things simple for me.
