Then the other two times I've been there , it was non-beer related. This past Saturday (08/06/2022), my dog and I were taking a walk and he lead for a much longer time than I anticipated so I did not have his water bowl with me. I asked at the door of other stores (since only service dogs can go in ) if I could get a bowl or cup of water. One place (karate place in same shopping center ) told me they didn't have any water (eww) . I asked at the beer store if I could get a bowl of water, he asked if a cup was okay and I said yes. He came out with two full plastic cups of very cold water, which my dog downed drank half of each at first and then drink the rest later. So, I want to thank him for all he did for my dog on that hot day.

He went back in and asked about being put on a wait list. They told him that there was not a wait list. He went back a few hours later and they sold him a bottle. I got there around 3 and spent $40 on 2 four packs. At the register, asked if they got any CBS and they said no. I told them that my brother just bought a bottle......they said that it was all reserved on wait lists. Not sure what's going on there but it didn't feel very honest - not sure if I'll go back

They always have Mad Elf on tap at Christmas time so I load up a few growlers...it's become a tradition. But their tap list is ever changing. Plus whether bottled, canned or on tap, their prices are the best around. Now, the staff...there are a lot of them. They are always stocking shelves, they are always offering help and they are always friendly. What a concept...great customer service! I wish more businesses would adopt the idea. I'm always looking for something specific and they didn't have it but that was okay. I also didn't see one of the local ones I wanted, but that just might be because they aren't stocked there. Overall it's clean, well organized, and staff is great. They also apparently do wine tastings which I thought was neat! I'd call the store for that !
