My son has been to multiple barbershops in the Roseville area for the past 3 years and he finally found someone he trusts 100% with his hair. He told Nam what he wanted and Nam definitely delivered! Highly recommend this place. Tre is a skilled hair stylist. I showed him a picture of what my wife wanted and he was able to recreate it. Even though I had grown out my hair for 10+ weeks, it was still shorter than the person in the picture. It turned out great! They were able to get me in the next day even though it was July 4th holiday upcoming. The girl who cut my hair was attentive to my needs and what exactly I wanted. Not only does he give me the best haircut I've ever had, he also knows how to trim a beard better than any specialty "beard barber" I've ever been to, and I have tried many! Unfortunately, I did not experience a warm friendly welcome as I entered the business. My first time interacting with this business. I arrived 25 minutes early and quietly sat down to be acknowledged. 10 minutes passed without acknowledgment so I approached the lady at the desk to ask if check in was required. She kindly took my name and said I was next up that my barber was just finishing up and I would then be taken. As I set there and watched all barbers finish with their clients and then all of them took clients that were waiting. There was even a client that had a 3pm appointment that was taken before me with my 2:30 appointment. There was no communication as to when I would be taken back. After no one acknowledged my existence, I then walked out after 20 minutes past my appointment time. Won't be returning. Even though there quality of cuts looked amazing. They call the other person in, and told us to wait obviously because our apt was at 3pm. It was 3.40 aprox when she finished with thw other person and we still were waiting.
