I have never been to this establishment before today, so as a first time customer I had to temper my expectations. This morning I came in for my scheduled appointment, which I made the previous week via the website. Arrived early and was quickly situated in the barber's chair within my designated time slot. I was asked what kind of cut I was looking to get, and I poorly explained how I usually cut/style my hair. Matt took my brief answer and delivered the exact style I wanted. He was very personable and conversational throughout the process, making sure to ask specific questions about the cut and confirm my answers; e.g. he asked about my sideburns--what shape I wanted--and how to proceed with their meeting of my beard. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed, as if I was a frequent regular with whom he had worked with many times. Matt is amazing! I booked my two teenage boys who were over due for haircuts. They are getting more particular about their hair and it was time to move on from those "quick cut" places.
