When I just barely swiped the side of my garage door with my Mazda CX-30, the front tire plastic cladding took the brunt of the damage. Instead of charging me a bunch to fix it as I was half expecting, Drew offered to do what he could to buff out the small scratches on the paint (most came out) and then looked up a replacement plastic part from a local Mazda dealer that I could go pick up myself and he'd install at no charge. I had two 1" deep dents in my car (thanks to people who don't know how to open THEIR doors appropriately or park appropriately) and now they are TOTALLY gone! A bit pricey but way cheaper than a higher insurance deductible! Super happy with the work.
