We also asked on this same phone call if they were able to work on a vehicle with an intoxalock interlock system. They said that they could and to just bring a new mouth piece. We asked how long they would need the vehicle for, and they said 3 to 4 days, so no problem with that we planned ahead. When we dropped the vehicle off on the date they scheduled with us they told us they would actually need the vehicle for 2 weeks, which was inconvenient for us but we werent super upset, these things happen. Also at the vehicle drop off they once again confirmed they could work on the vehicle with the intoxalock interlock system, we should the tech how to start the vehicle, wrote down instructions. They called us 5 days later and said they were refusing to work on our vehicle due to the intoxalock interlock system and to come pick up our vehicle. Slightly frustrated for wasting our time while our vehicle sat in their lot for 5 days and nothing got done on it. So we go back to pick up the vehicle, when we start the vehicle we notice it's extremely loud and sure enough the catalytic converter has been cut off in their lot. They tell us that they are not responsible and that we need to go through our personal auto insurance to repair the catalytic converter. They said they would not be paying for it and to get our vehicle off their lot immediately. They also conveniently have zero cameras on the side of the building where the customers cars sit overnight. I would give zero stars if I could. IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CAR IN ONE PIECE, NOT DAMAGED, AND KEEP YOUR CATALYTIC CONVERTER DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!

This morning was colder than most and driving up to the door was a little confusing but it all worked out. I walked into their office and the man I had spoke with came right out and checked the tire pressure. He told me this was common in the winter, which it is but doesn't hurt to get them checked! Everything checked out okay and he sent me on my way. He said not to worry about any payment and I returned back to work. I was only clocked out for 7 minutes, so it was a fast check. My boss gets her oil changed here every time and loves them. They will take some competitor coupons and will call you when your car is ready.

I had mentioned I had an air filter that I forgot to bring which he immediately says " we don't do anything that's not manufactured" how would he know if the part I have was manufactured or not? First they do auto body repair and auto paint repair and that's all they do. They are the closest thing to expert in auto repair you can find. They are polite, professional, experienced, employees are all top notch for knowledge and professionalism and they stand by their work. You could spend half an hour walking around and reading all the manufacturer certifications and awards they have all over the wall. If I had to say one thing that is not the best it's parking since their parking lot was a little busy but again that is so minor it's hardly worth mentioning.
