After I dropped may car off I got a call a few days later that the owner was not happy with the quote and wanted to charge more. I agreed to the new price and when I went to pick up my car, not all of the work was done. Some of what was worked on did not look good. I went to pick the car 3 times and found that what we agreed to was not done. They did not complete the work even after I agreed to a requote. I had 3 other jobs done here under the old ownership and the work was flawless.

At no point did I feel like the situation was being handled professionally or with any urgency. This experience has cost me a lot of time, money, and trust. I was told I needed new rear brakes, so I planned to replace them myself on Saturday, 12/29/25. When I went to start the job, my security socket was nowhere to be found. So much for my Saturday project. The shop was closed for the weekend, so I couldn't resolve it. I met with the owner, Dan, on Monday. He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience--and I didn't receive so much as an apology from the owner. This was my experience as a first-time customer. A $50-off coupon will not bring back my business.
