When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. Like others I had appointment times that were meaningless. They expect you to leave your vehicle with them for as many days as it takes them to get to it. One service advisor actually told me that making an appointment only gets you a place in line for service. Don't expect anyone to call and tell you when it will be ready either. You have to keep calling them to get any updates. Bad service hasn't stopped them from raising their prices either. Higher parts and service costs than other dealers in the area. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I was told I needed new rear brakes, so I planned to replace them myself on Saturday, 12/29/25. When I went to start the job, my security socket was nowhere to be found. So much for my Saturday project. The shop was closed for the weekend, so I couldn't resolve it. I met with the owner, Dan, on Monday. He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience--and I didn't receive so much as an apology from the owner. This was my experience as a first-time customer. A $50-off coupon will not bring back my business.
