From the clean spaces, music while washing, highly updated modern design, best soaps & waters, I was blown away. Did a full (time generous) wash, whilst using every choice costing me $15 (including drying) and even shampooed my floor mats. Picked the 16.00 and was charged 17.22 which is not disclosed that 1.22 would be added to the purchase which misleading and inaccurate information. Won't be going back here. It isn't the 1.22 that is upsetting, It is the principle that this cost more than the price advertised and a 4 minute self service car wash. read more

I stopped today to try the touchless wash on my truck. I selected the Gold wash for $16.00 and tucked in my mirrors and pulled in. The overall wash was pretty decent, but after drying I noticed a fair amount of detergent/ product on the driver's side of my truck. I ended up pulling into the hand spray wash rack and spent $5.75 to rinse the truck and try and dry it off. Wish I could say it was a good value because I'm looking for a brushless car wash nearby in Fountain Hills. read more

Do not use the touchless car wash, what a waste of time and money. $14 for a rinse is not worth it. They do have the manual wash bays, but they were all full. I wanted a car wash after being stuck at the casino for 2 weeks and this was the closest one. If I had more time, I would have used the manual bays but I wanted to get home. Eventually the vendor reached out on here to try to make it right, so I did increase my review by 1 star but as I was very disappointed. read more

The best secret in Fountain Hills! My husband likes to wash his own cars and goes there weekly. The car washing stalls are very clean. They also offer a ceramic coat option, as well as a brushless drive through option. You can tell that the owner takes pride in the operations, and is friendly and accommodating. The staff there are honestly some the best I've dealt with. I travel often so I have a frequently dirty car. I went with their highest wash and was pleasantly surprised at how well it washed. Worst car wash I've ever been to in my life. Supremely unclear and misleading instructions. I paid $14, and a sign told me to drive straight through a tunnel where I got a light dusting of bubbles and nothing else, and then I left the tunnel and was told that to do anything else Id have to wash, soap down and do everything else to my car that I could've done at home for free. What did I pay $14 for? What a waste of time and money. The shop was locked and there were no employees there. Will never go again! read more

No driving on to tracks. You do nothing except put your car in park and the car wash does it all. Next time I'm going to record it. All the colors were awesome! My first time here. I usually go to a full service car wash, I'm getting my cracked windshield replaced tomorrow and I wanted to get all the filth washed off the FJ so the windshield tech didn't get too dirty. The new owner runs out to see if you need any help running the selection or payment station. I hadn't washed my vehicle in about 3 months and it was NASTY! After the cycle finished and I was pulling out, the owner (Kevin) ran up and noticed that there was a white haze on the paint. He had me pull into a self service wash stall and HAND WASHED the vehicle! I haven't seen such caring and concerned service like this in quite a long time. I've been to many touchless carwashes. None even come close to Finish Line. I don't know what kind of wizardry the mad scientists are cooking up in the back with the soaps and suds, but they get my black X5 clean every time. Spotlessly clean. Can't recommend them enough! I hosed it down thoroughly when I got home, but the greasy mess is stuck on my car. Now I have to find a real car wash. They've lost me as a customer permanently! read more

I have been to this place probably 8 or 10 times because the location is convenient and I like the idea of a no touch wash so I really wanted to make it work. On numerous occasions the machine does not give a receipt (yes I push the red button repeatedly after the sale approval) which I need for tax purposes and then I need to call the owner to come and get me one or email me one. The last two washes I just gave up on even trying to get a receipt. Yesterday I went there and I used the bucket of bug wash chemical just like every other time, only this time it was a dark green/purple color. I didn't think much of it and I washed the bugs off the front of my $50,000 Tesla and the hood and mirrors as I always do. When I got home there were all kinds of chemical streaks all over my hood and side mirrors and front of the car, anywhere I used that bug chemical. I am not exaggerating when I say I had to spend about three hours with multiple washes and soaps and heavy buffing to try and get the staining off of my car in my driveway. It just would not come off and gave an appearance of my paint job running down in long drips. No matter what kind of soap or pressure I used it was like an oil slick all over my hood. Talk about freaking out. I'm pretty sure I saved my paint job after 3 hours of elbow grease style scrubbing But I'm never going back there again. NEVER. if you risk it, I warn you don't use the bug chemical they have in the bucket. I'm guessing they are supposed to dilute it and didn't or something like that, it should have been safe to put on my paint and then immediately drive through a wash for a rinse off. To boot, Sometime in the last month they raised all prices by two dollars which doesn't sound like much except that's a 20% increase on simple drive-through washes that don't have the frills of the competition and don't fully dry the car. There are other options in the area for a similar price. I suppose now I need to check them all out because I'm not going back to this place EVER again. read more

Just paid for a drive through basic wash and something went wrong. The "Go" light never lit up. Sat there and nothing happened. Had to drive through and go somewhere else. Credit card was charged $10. Had no problems with Finish Line when I used it two previous times. read more

I had an issue with the machine I used to pay for my car wash. I contacted the owner Kevin and his son Carter. They offered multiple ways to make it right. The machine took my money but no wash. I chose to return the following morning and go thru the touchless wash. WOW! I am so impressed at how clean my car is. I have not used touchless before but I will from now on and at this location. When I returned Carter was able to get me right thru the wash. This is a great example of the kind of businesses we need here in fountain Hills. I'm Hooked. read more

I have a black BMW X5 and have spent a considerable amount of time at home taking care of the paint and washing it myself. Takes forever, but I refuse to take my car through one of those car washes with the brushes that puts swirl marks all over your paint. Finally, a touchless that isn't just good, it's phenomenal! I literally cannot believe how good this thing is. I don't know what they're using for soaps or softeners or what, but this is the only touchless I've ever been through that does this good of a job and actually SAFELY gets my car clean. Used the self serve today. Had to swipe my card three times for the wash. I should be able to swipe once. No way to run vacuums other than quarters. defeats the purpose of not getting an armada of quarters to wash the car. Used the Change machine to change a five dollar bill to run the damn vacuum.
