Great location , very good quality wash wash and love the setup . Loving my spot free wash

I used to come here weekly. That ended after dealing with the manager, Davonte. This morning, multiple machines in the wash clearly weren't working. I'm there often, so this wasn't hard to spot. When I brought it up, the only employee on site, Davonte, was unbelievably rude. Instead of acknowledging an obvious issue, he insisted everything was "working fine," which was flat-out false. No accountability, no effort to help, just attitude. If this is how management treats paying customers, I won't be back. read more

I'm a business owner in Scottsdale Arizona for about 46 years And a senior citizen Since the Pima location opened I have bought several books And also Quite a few washes online1 of the last times I went through the wash I asked the Attendant For a receipt Needed for my business Started to laugh At me and insult me And said you already have a receipt Then he went over to the other 2 attendants that they were sitting down and just chatting And telling them I wanted A receipt And they all were laughing at me as I drove up to the entrance of the car wash chute. That attendant obviously has no understanding No training No common sense and just basic Decency On how to treat a good customer Or to very least how to treat a fellow human being. Had a bad experience with the manager when I was there. They let the cars back up and someone hit my car trying following the attendants direction in the queue. When I discussed it with the manager, he could care less. I have not gone back since. read more

Just wanted to say that Ray the manager here is always so nice and friendly. Towels are always filled and trash cans are empty. Love this car wash and the people who work here. read more

The service is becoming inconsistent. They don't always open the back hatch and vacuum, I feel that the vacuuming of the seats and the floors are often a wish and a prayer and for sure the front windshield is not properly cleaned inside. read more

Stopped here to get a clean up for Pasta( aka my cars name), and glad that I did!!! This car wash is spacious which, I absolutely love! Everything is well spaced apart and not a tight fit. The lady who guided the vehicles through, left plenty of room in between cars, so that we aren't close to crashing into one another which is a huge plus. The other locations I've visited will have you entering one after another, with no space almost causing accidents. Sheesh I liked this ones set up, and will be returning! I hate to give a 1 star review...but it's for a very specific reason, and it needs to be remedied immediately. I pulled up to choose my wash. It's a completely automated system, nonetheless the attendant comes over for one reason, and one reason only. To upsell me. I get it....it's how you guys operate. Most of the time it's a pleasant experience. When I understand my options and make a choice, the guys are usually helpful and don't BS me in any way. Not yesterday. Yesterday, I asked for the $8 wash (which really is no bargain) and the young man says to me "The $8 wash doesn't have soap". I'm like "What do you mean, there's no soap for the $8 wash? It's a "wash". By definition...that implies soap.". He reiterates, "No...there's no soap on the $8 wash." and appears dumbfounded when I insist that there must be soap used in order to call it a "wash". I chose the $8 option anyways and went through the wash. Of course there was soap used. It was the same wash that I've gotten for years. But how many people believe this idiot when he says this to them and then they choose the $11 wash instead? Probably most. While this knucklehead just stands there and lies to them? I know enough to recognize that either he is getting a commission for upselling with lies OR it's a directive from a manager. Either way, it's about as wrong as anything I can think of. It's insulting to your customer, and quite frankly guys...it's going to cause people to simply go elsewhere. Your customer base is either going to believe this dumbo and go someplace cheaper that uses soap (obviously) OR they are going to recognize the fraud being attempted, and be offended that this guy thought that they might be dumb enough to fall for it. Either way...it's a recipe for losing revenue...not increasing it. And I'd suggest the put the kibosh on this practice immediately. read more

I hadn't realized that my go-to car wash spot had changed management/companies, but I was not disappointed. They had the usual membership options that the previous business had (~$20 or so for unlimited standard washes for a month), in addition to the trusty basic wash, which was only $5. You don't get the little drying towel or air freshener, though that definitely isn't a deal breaker for me. The automatic car wash itself didn't look too different than before. It was quick and did the job. The free vacuums are also still available for use. This seems to definitely be a decent and reliable car wash if you only have a few minutes to spare to clean your car. read more

Where do I start? The staff here is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I came here for the first time (and assuredly my last time) and I was told by a staff member that I look too young to be driving a nice car, and he lingered on that so-called "observation" for far too long-- it was insulting at a certain point. On top of that, after I left the wash I noticed a lot of bristle marks on the hood of the car. The brushes seem to be a bit too aggressive. Safe to say, I won't be returning. And I certainly won't be recommending this place to anyone. Disappointed by the entire experience. read more

I received a coupon in an email for a $5 car wash so i stopped in to give this place a try. The guy helping scans it and says it's $5 off and will cost $17. I back my car out and leave. I've read this email several times and it says the car wash is $5, not $5 off. It must be a scam that people fall for but I can't support that type of business. read more

Extremely shady business, as they convince you to sign up for monthly plans under the guise of being able to adjust or cancel when needed. I have sent multiple emails and called 10+ times leaving multiple voicemails so I can edit my monthly plan and have had no response. They are stealing people's money. Go elsewhere. read more

I just left this place and let me began to tell you of a completely inappropriate incident that occurred last time I went here. Today is a different story and I will get to that after. The last time I was here there was a young kid working and standing by the credit card machine where you pick your wash. This is clearly set up to upsell you on buying a membership. It is pretty transparent. What is not transparent at first is the amount of insidious rudeness that the sales person has in them. When I stated that I was not interested in a membership his response was "don't you like to save money"? I told him no I don't right now and he proceeded to then tell me "well why don't you go buy me lunch then". I was so caught off guard I did not even know what to say at that point but it infuriated me later. Now here we are several months later and I thought I would give the place a second try because of its convenience around the corner from our house. Again there was a young kid who is completely nice when asking us what type of wash we would want and if we would like to upgrade to have a membership to save money. I instantly replied no not interested in a membership and he became extremely cold and stared me down. Like he actually looked like a little thug (scary). He said nothing at that point and just abruptly handed the credit card back and continued to stare us down. Bazaar doesn't even describe the attitude and training of these people. Now I realize that I'm at a car wash and not a high-end academic institution for a bank. But clearly these kids are being trained by managers or upper level management that is telling them to put a hard sell on people. The one thing that clearly has not been instilled in these little children is that the word "thank you" goes a long way. read more

This place is my go-to for a quick car wash. It is close by my house and a great value. For $7, I get the basic exterior wash and free vacuums/towels to clean the interior of my car. One morning I was washing my car before leaving to go on a road trip with friends and accidentally locked my keys in my car. Luckily, they have a lock-out kit at this location and were able to get me back into my car within minutes. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They saved my day and my road trip! read more

I had been a loyal Quik N Clean member for four years, until the recent purchase by Cobblestone to take over this location. When I found out Cobblestone was the new owner, with no prior experience with their locations, I happily transferred my premium membership to continue my car washes weekly. Upon my last visit on Friday 9/3, I waited seven minutes for an attendant to come up to my car. They usually are sitting right at the window and come as soon as a car has any questions. Tristan W informed me in a rude fashion that I am no longer allowed to have the sticker in my door, like I have for years, and it must be visible in my window. When I asked for a reason, he said that it takes too long and creates a line. You mean longer than coming out of the office for someone who wants a membership? You mean longer than someone who wants to buy an individual car wash? How is someone who is a loyal member taking up more time or does the attendants just do not want to come out of the office? I explained that putting a sticker in my front window would take away from the look of the car and is extremely distracting while driving. He did not seem to have any sympathy, rather, he handed me a business card and told me how to cancel my membership. That afternoon, I called the Cobblestone administration to leave my complaint and sent a message online. I have yet to hear back from either. I am very sad to see Quik N Clean go, the car wash was way better and customer service was as stellar. Sadly, I can't say the same for their replacement. This was my first experience with the Cobblestone and can confidently say I will not be returning. read more

I have been a member of Quick N Clean for years and Cobblestone recently took over. I was willing to give it a shot and every single time I went (besides once) I was harassed by not having the sticker in my window. The reason I got from man bun guy was that it creates a line. When I said so what does that mean, I can't come here and the reply was yup you have to cancel. Excuse me? I pay 30 bucks a month and because I have to open the door for you to scan, you are willing to lose a customer? He called over the GM, Jay Zimmerman and he took a photo of it to track down who put it on my door. The next 3 times I came I he pleasant people, and a nice manager that came over and just explained he gets the frustration and that when the other manager was there I may get trouble. So today I went in and sure enough the associate called over Jay Zimmerman, he explained I can't have it on my door I said ok I guess cancel it, so without hesitation, that's what he did. I then went to go back up to get my number to make sure it was canceled, and I asked his name and told him I would be calling corporate and asked if there was a franchise owner, or anyone I can talk to directly, he said corporate. Didn't give a number, nothing. He was having a snarky nice attitude. My family has owned a business for years and if I ever found out the GM was turning away business because of a sticker placement, he would be fired. I get rules and protocol but if this is truly a corporate rule, you guys may want to consider as clearly from other reviews, you are losing customers left and right. There are a million of these little car washes around where we can go. Story goes on... I then tried looking for corporate number and finally got through to an office where no one answers and then the answering machine where you press a button to get through to someone doesn't work.
