Took my car here to get a dyno test. They couldn't Dino it due to an old computer on an 03 Infiniti. The guy said he'll have to order a $400 computer for it so he could tune it up to Dyna with it. I agreed to pay for the $400 for the computer in the whole bill will be 1300 to do the complete Dino including tune up. I get a call the next day saying that the computer won't work on my car and that they ordered the wrong computer but they put spark plugs in it and that I should call this even for $400. I immediately went and got my car and then cancel the $400 on my bank because I didn't get what I wanted which was for my car to be on a dyno and it's to be chipped. I'm a 26-year a plumber in Denver Colorado my car has Louisiana plates this guy must have thought I was an out-of-towner for sure. I give this mechanic shop on -5 for trying to get people off. Don't do business with this guy unless you really know him. I'm for sure going to teach this guy a lesson take him to court and call the Better Business Bureau on him for not giving me my $400 back. He thinks I'm in Louisiana and that I got to drive here when I have two homes here.lol !! We will be dealing with this guy soon God bless everyone in the world! read more

When my husband initially called about my 2008 Yukon, he spoke with Jonny. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. He also understood that my husband knew a thing or two about cars and didn't talk down to him or try to oversell him on anything. When I called to set up the appointment, Jonny was friendly and happy to fit me in the next day. Greg was the one who did the work and he was also super friendly and knowledgeable and even suggested some other things that could be done in the computer to help it out in the mountains. Over the years I have taken my truck into this shop a number of times. Each time they have provided top notch service and explanations for what they have done. I just took the truck back to them for a long term issue that finally got worse to the point of me thinking of junking the truck. I left the truck with them and they went through every piece of equipment and wiring related to the problem. I can say for the first time in years I no longer have a truck pulling an engine fault. Over the time they were working on my truck they communicated via phone and text all the time. I cant speak highly enough about the shop and the crew. Took my car in to be "dyno-tuned" and have my new Edelbrock carburetor adjusted. They looked at the Edelbrock, told me it was junk and talked me in to buying another carb through their shop. $1200 later, the car still runs like crap. The carb they put on the car isn't even the one I thought they were putting on. I thought they were putting on a 650 CFM (which I payed for), but they actually put on a 750 CFM which is just too large for my car. I guess I'm out $1200 because I will never take it back to them. DO NOT go to this shop if you need anything other than dyne testing. This is not a tuning shop. They do not have a clue of how to diagnose and tune a Chevrolet L3 engine. They had my car for two months and it ran worse after I got it than when I took it to them and they charged me $3K to boot. When I complained about the car not running well, they said even though it still ran like crap, they had to charge me for spending almost 40 hours on it even though they didn't know what to do. I brought my new to me procharged corvette in today for a tune and my god did these guys finesse the hell out of it. I had my mustang at johnnies shop for for a rear end rebuild and some other simple bolt on upgrades,When I test drove the car the rear gear did not operate correctly,gears were grinding and floating off the pinion on deceleration and the driveshaft was clunking every time I took it in and out of drive. They tried to fix it four times after that and it never worked right,kept getting noisier the more I drove the car.I finally gave up on them after four weeks of B.S. I asked for a re fund of my money and I received no response from johnny.(I had to get it back thru my credit card company) Also while dealing with this guy he went ballistic on me over the telephone one night when I called him to complain about his work,screaming his fool head off about his overhead costs and how much money he has made!This nightmare cost me an additional $950.00 to have my rear end re built again.I suggest you look elsewhere for you automotive repairs! read more
