My son has submitted his cancelation numerous times via their portal as required. They have refused to cancel his membership and I am still being billed. I made a complaint with the card company and they refuse to stop or refund the money as they state the company states it's a valid charge. (With a confused look on her face because the car had soap all over it and was not clean. On top of this, one of the brushes ripped the trim off the top of my car. They are refusing a refund and keep giving me the run around. They had 2 employees, one had been there 3 months, the other was his first day. Neither one knew what to do. I went here for a car wash recently and they signed me up for a recurring membership WIHTOUT TELLING ME. I had to go their website and hunt down where my "membership" was to cancel it. This place is designed to steal money from you. You aren't even capable of cancelling your "membership" until they have double charged your card. I essentially spent 80 dollars for one car wash because of them... I hate this place and you should too. read more

We went for a carwash and were told by the salesman if we purchased 1 car wash we could/would get a month free. No sticker on our car, nothing! Anyway that somehow auto enrolled us in the monthly plan and they took $26.99 from our account for months after this before I noticed. They NEVER told us or asked us for permission to auto enroll in this plan, so be careful! They are sneaky and NO help when you call to dispute this afterwards. TL; DR subpar carwash at best. Damage to your vehicle very possible. WORST customer service I've seen in years. I truly wish ZERO stars was an option. Alas, it is not. On September 2nd, I went through the Finish Line Car Wash (utilizing my membership). My (brand new) truck was damaged during the car wash. It ripped off my mirror and scratched up my vehicle pretty good. A report was made with the employee on site and I was instructed via email to seek out 2 estimates from body shops to fix the vehicle. Both estimates were turned in and I was instructed via email that Kenny Kent Collision would contact me for repair of my vehicle and that Finish Line would handle the cost of repairs and reimburse me for the cost of the rental vehicle. The vehicle was dropped off on September 30th as arranged with Kenny Kent Collision. Finish Line Car Wash representatives had made arrangements and asked questions prior to drop off to ensure payment policies were understood so there was no delay in picking up my vehicle. The vehicle was completed and ready to be picked up on 10/18. As of 10/30, no payment has been made to Kenny Kent Collision and we have spent around $2k on a rental car. There's been little to no contact between anyone who represents Finish Line/Mammoth Holding and myself or Kenny Kent Collision in the last week and a half. 11/1 I finally received an email with some actual information. A check was *sent* in the mail. (Supposedly on the 25th) a picture of this check has been sent to me so we have a check number and some information. The check to the collision center will probably take 10 days to reach them. Truly, it's beyond me why it took 7 business days from when they received the bill on 10/17 to write a check. Why we were told the check was being mailed last Wednesday when it was, in fact, not. Why when they were asked for an image of the check up front it was never provided. Why when the wonderful people at the collision center emailed/called to check on it, they were never given concrete information. Or why they wouldn't overnight a check when it could potentially save their business $400+ in rental vehicle fees. I mean $30 to overnight something in the mail to save $400+ seems like a heck of a steal to me. Or why it took a week of constant phone calls, emails, a complaint filed with the BBB, a phone call to an attorney, and letting them know that I'd be pursuing legal fees if that route was necessary. I'm sure the Facebook comments and posts helped. Considering they blocked me almost immediately and removed my comments. I'll be curious to know what date is postmarked on the envelope when the collision center receives it. After reading the reviews from other folks, I'd encourage my friends to cancel Finish Line memberships. Many folks report damage (such as a front bumper or running boards being ripped off) by the car washes and Finish Line Car Wash saying these things were already damaged and refusing to cover them. I assume most of the problem lies with Mammoth Holding LLC, which owns Finish Line. Their customer service line truly is atrocious. At the beginning of this, I was provided a customer service number that was not able to help me. The only actual contact information I have is an email address (which they seem to barely check). 11/4 Kenny Kent Collision did receive the check. We were required to pay up front for the rental car and they would reimburse us after. Finish Line/Mammoth Holding received the email with the final bill from the rental car company like AS SOON as the final bill was ready. Pretty sure I sent the email on the 2 minute ride to get to my truck. They responded to make sure they had the right address. And then NEVER again. To date (12/1), no check has been received as reimbursement for the rental car. No communication has been made. I had asked for an update, but never received one. I even gave them a little extra time, knowing their whole "the mail takes 10 business days" deal. If they had handled this smoothly and quickly, they could have easily retained a customer. Overall, their carwash was subpar anyway because it barely got my truck clean, but it was better than some of the alternatives. this is the only car wash I go to in town. the free vacuums are always a plus, and I have a membership for the automatic wash package that leaves my car looking like i drove it off the new car lot. the only complaint I have would be that 3 different times that I came out came out and to use the automatic car wash, the facility was completely shut down almost half an hour earlier than their hours state. This was quite frustrating since I get off work later hours at times and cannot make it in any sooner. Aside from that, I love bringing our vehicles here and the employees are always happy to assist when they are needed. read more

They keep charging after cancelling!!!!! I purchased the monthly package and cancelled it the next month as my car doesn't come clean in their wash it's better to do it at home. I cancelled it three times before they stopped charging me and each time saying their system shows I never cancelled. Customer service is entirely to hard to get ahold of and their chats well that's just a waste of time. Safe yourself and your money go somewhere else. read more

This place damages vehicles and the customer service is awful! My boyfriend bought a 30 day unlimited deal because it was only a $5 up charge. He came back to use it and his windshield wiper got ripped off by the last large brush in the wash. They said they'd replace it but made him go to one specific location and they didn't have the same wipers. So now he has mismatched. (He had just bought them too) The place he had to go to get the wiper even said "you must have come from finish line " when he walked in. They said they get people in there a lot with damaged vehicles from that wash. The only reason we are writing a negative review however is because he called to get his money back. Obviously he wasn't doing to use the car wash again for fear of damaging his vehicle. They said "no" because he already used the car wash. He even asked for that to be sent to the higher ups and they replied the same, since he used their car wash he was not entitled to a refund. How would one know that the car wash wasn't good without using it 1st. This would have been a $30 refund. I've been in customer service for 15 years and I've never seen anything like this over $30. We went there tonight to wash my truck and my wife's car after when we finished we seen that my wife's car had not even been touched in the very back also when we pulled in my wife had to ask them to spray your car down, they weren't even gonna pick up the sprayer to do anything. This was the site manager really, then he tells us not much you can do about it when we asked him to look at my wife's car .We are done going there. This place has went downhill. I had a previous monthly membership that was a pain to cancel. Recently I used the facility again for the first time in over a yr. I inserted my card and removed it, as prompted by the screen. After this the scanner read my old, deactivated to my knowledge, tag. Apparently because my card had already been read this automatically restarted my membership at $35 a month. Customer service refuses to refund my unused plan because, and this is a direct quote from customer service, "I cannot issue a refund on this to my understanding there is a sign on the kiosk as well it states not to insert your payment card until you were on the screen with the wash that you're wanting and it does come up on the kiosk if you'd like to reactivate your membership you have to select no purchase single wash if you just put your card in it will take that as a yes I do want to reactivate my membership so I'm unable to issue a refund on this charge." There is no sign. I looked. The young man at the car wash was very aware that there is a problem. He said it happens frequently. Take the extra 5 mins and drive across the street. read more

We went to the Finish Line Car Wash on E LLoyd Expressway, After we entered the car wash it stopped working, We sat there until they got it started again moved a couple feet and it stopped again. They finally came and told us we had to drive out of it because they couldn't get it to work. We drove out with soap all over our car and they tell us they can't refund our money. They gave us a card and told us to call the number listed to get our refund. We had to go to another car wash to get the soap off the car. Had to wait until Monday to call and I was on hold for over 30 minutes even though the message says the wait is 10 minutes. Customer service refused to refund the money. I asked for a supervisor and naturally they weren't available. Ask for a call back and it took 2 days before the supervisor called back and left a message that it's not their policy to refund money. They give you a coupon to go get your car washed. I called back to speak to the supervisor and had to to leave another message. He did call back and said I believe I left you a voicemail telling you it's not our policy to refund money on a single wash. While I was telling him I had called my bank to report this and ask that the charge not be paid he said have a nice day and hung up on me. I won't ever use this car wash again or any other affiliated with this brand. VERY POOR customer service read more

Do not give them your credit card/ debit card!!! I had 3 months of charges come out AFTER I cancelled the membership!!! Nikki refused to refund my money, even though we had not been there in months!! We have had covid for the last month and have no income coming in during that time! Stay away!! Btw, I only gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me post without at least 1.
