Extremely disappointed with my experience at Crew Car Wash. The attendant was very rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Asked if I wanted upgraded wash and I politely said not at this time and he said "didn't f***** think so" Customer service should be a priority, but that was definitely not the case today. I paid expecting decent service and instead was treated poorly. Because of this experience, I would like a complimentary membership to make this right. I enrolled in their unlimited car wash scheme with the understanding it was $28 per month to find out they just charged me 49.99. nope

After going there for years and using the 'Choose Two" option I now find out they don't offer this anymore. I am told it's because that was the most popular and the management wasn't making the kind of money offering the other more expensive options. Another case of more pennies on the dollar in and sacrifice consumer preference and service. I doubt if I use this service again until they reinstate this POPULAR option! read more

If there was an option to not give them a star, I would select that option. Every time I take my car there I have to take it more than once. There are two specific employees who do not follow instructions at all. They have we spray the car. Literally halfway one side of my car always get spray and the other one still have all the dirt on it that I want it off of it. Today I decided to take it through twice and even explain to the guy taking my order that the side of the car was not sprayEd . He said he would tell the guys that spray the car . Still, he did not spray the rims and tires or any part of that side of the car as if it was not the complaint. annoyed would be an understatement . Car washes are a complete rip off anymore. I paid $20 for the ultimate wash. They spray off the front but don't bother to hit anything else before they send you through. The track goes so fast that there's barely time for the spinning brushes to touch every surface of your car, let alone enough to rub any dirt off. Same for the rinse, there was a ton of soap residue left. Absolutely didn't remove anything beyond loose surface dust/dirt. Completely waste of money and time. read more

Don't understand the reviews. People have always been friendly and accommodating. Lines move quickly. Wash is very good. Would recommend.

Good Carwash that is above average. Hard working people! You need to read the rules first and don't leave anything loose on the outside. I agree that it is hard to scrub rims as they are of different shapes and size so if you are perfectionist you need to do it yourself and do some touch up cleaning after the wash. I go to the cars wash on colerain ave. Lately Ive been having a polka dot windshield from what I guess is leftover soap or something. It's always been a little it's getting worse.the past couple times I've had to clean my windshield after going thru. I pay monthly and feel like I shouldnt have to clean my windshield. read more

Took my car there after owning it for 2 weeks. Guy tells me it is microfiber and soft. My tire came off of the roller in the carwash. My car is scratched and paint chipped. I called Mike's and talked to the owner Nick. He told me to bring my car in and he would be there until 9 pm. I showed up 2 hours later. They told me he wasn't there and wouldn't be back for 2 more days. Talked to another manager. She took pictures. I received a letter that they are not paying for my damages. I ask them to go over my wheels before washing it. They said they couldn't. When my truck got out of the wash the rims were untouched; these are standard factory rims, not necessarily deeper than any regular rim. I have been here twice and both times I end up having to wash them when I get home. I won't be coming back because they will not address the concern I have expressed to them now twice. read more

BEWARE.. Swirled and scratched my new cars paint heavily. The scratches were all directional and in a very clear pattern. After filing a claim I received a generalized letter denying they were responsible with two wash vouchers. What a joke... Stay away! read more

First time using this establishment was today. I did the ultimate wash which was $19. The car came out with a lot of water spots, the tire shine didn't cover all tires, the back hatch had dirty water streaks all over it, and the front end was still plastered with bugs. I expected a better wash for $19. I wouldn't recommend the ultimate wash. I should have checked it before I left, but didn't until I got home. I would imagine if I would have brought it to their attention they would have let me go through again. If I do ever decide to go back, I'll do the low end wash during the winter.... read more
