After searching online for pants and knowing I needed to try them on I decided to give the buckle store a shot. I was immediately greeted and started looking around. A lady came over and I explained what I was looking for and she was very helpful pulling my sizes and selections. Within a few minutes I had a whole fitting room laid out with my requests. I was able to quickly try them on and she went back and got different sizes and items as I needed them. Going shopping with kids can sometimes be hard especially when you are trying on clothes but she was so helpful that I was able to get what I needed quickly!

This store, though, made me forget, for the few minutes I was there, buying some boots, that I was in the middle of that mind-numbing, world-weary place. Great service, great selection, a real throw-back to a time when shoes were truly a specialty item, sold be trained personnel. I walked in with low expectations and left with wings on my feet. Not wing-tips. Wings. Comfortable boots, waterproof, ready for the poop-storm of Ohio's "shoulder season" weather, when snow becomes ice becomes slush becomes mud becomes more snow. From personal experience, it is safe to say that this store is noticeably more exquisite than the flagship store in New Orleans -- one of the highest grossing locations in the nation. In fact, and indeed in my limited experience, only the NYC stores trump this BB in both decor and inventory. My only regret is the seemingly limited store hours. (How my feet hit the floor) With all of that in mind she brought out three styles (brands). They were a little big so she ordered a size down from the wearhouse. She said they would be in next week... They arrived the next day. My doctor recommended the brand of shoes (Hoka) but I was unable to find the pair the would fit my needs and feet on their website. I am so happy to have been able to go into this store and get expert care and recommendations! Katie helped me on the next day when I tried on the smaller size and fitted me with insoles.
