Asking around, I found that there was a convenience store across the street inside the Galleria building - or whatever it is called. The mail carrier is this really nice person and never encountered issues with the mail carrier but I was thinking why they would not go in there to give City News their mail)... And, despite the changes in attitudes regarding smoking, it's fun to still see an old smoke shop.
