Coin receptacle would not accept quarters , so I used the card reader with my atm card. There was no instructions on how to start or stop the timer and charges involved. as soon as it accepted my card the timer started , so I lost 30 seconds before i realized I was on the clock. I ran the sprayer for for 5 minutes and then pushed a button on the card reader and the spray shut off . There was no explanation on how to end the timer so I took my best guess and with the mystery button it shut down. The reader display indicated a $2.50 charge to my card , so I accepted that as a reasonable fee since the posted fee was $1.50 for 3 minutes. CheckEd my online banking and a charge of $10.00 was posted to my account from Snappy Hot wash, Mountain Home ID, Reading other reviews indicate that others have been over charged with little response from trying to call the phone number posted on yelp for a resolution. I won't waste my time by trying to contact the owners , but will definitely avoid patronizing this trashy run down place in the future.

There is no signage about the length of the vehicles I have seen pickup trucks longer than my van go through there. There hasn't been an issue with the way it washes. I was told that the length of my van messes up the calibration and messes up the wash for the next vehicle. These car washes have sensors that detect when to start and stop and how long to go. My van shouldn't mess a calibration setting up, in all my years as an electronics technician it seems to me that there is something wrong with the car wash system itself if it cannot self calibrate to the vehicles being washed. ALL other car washes have no problems. I will no longer use Jacksons for ANYTHING!!! Very disappointing.

He immediately drove back to go through the wash again, which many car washes allow when the first wash doesn't fully clean the vehicle. However, he was stopped and told he could not go through again because he did not have a monthly membership. This was very disappointing. We paid for a service that was not fully delivered, and instead of correcting the issue, they refused to rewash the vehicle unless he purchased a membership. That is not acceptable customer service. When we saw how dirty everything was after going through the wash, my husband pulled up and asked the employee if we could pull through one more time to correct the issue. The answer was no. This newly opened Bliebitd is closer to my home and I'll admit I was drawn in by their opening free car wash offer. Of course, Bluebird's equipment is brand new and the technology has improved since Mister opened their car wash. One of my only quibbles with Mister is that the back of my Mini doesn't always get clean, especially the back window. And sometimes their brushes turn my outside mirrors in, forcing me to pop them back. Bliebird's system has more forceful water jets and their brushes got my back end clean. The cheapest service is about $3 more per month than Mister, but I'll probably make up the difference by going more often. We saveda bit by adding Kristy's rig under a family plan discount. I had never seen a separate mat washer before. It's located i the vacuum row. A bet system draws the mat in to a chamber that uses liquid to clean them and deposit them out. Employees were frirndly, the same as at Mister.Overall, I'm very pleased to see Bluebird come to the neighborhood.
