I've used the Mister Car Wash in downtown Boise paying for their monthly membership for the past four years and being quite satisfied. This newly opened Bliebitd is closer to my home and I'll admit I was drawn in by their opening free car wash offer. Of course, Bluebird's equipment is brand new and the technology has improved since Mister opened their car wash. One of my only quibbles with Mister is that the back of my Mini doesn't always get clean, especially the back window. And sometimes their brushes turn my outside mirrors in, forcing me to pop them back. Bliebird's system has more forceful water jets and their brushes got my back end clean. The cheapest service is about $3 more per month than Mister, but I'll probably make up the difference by going more often. We saveda bit by adding Kristy's rig under a family plan discount. I had never seen a separate mat washer before. It's located i the vacuum row. A bet system draws the mat in to a chamber that uses liquid to clean them and deposit them out. Employees were frirndly, the same as at Mister.Overall, I'm very pleased to see Bluebird come to the neighborhood. read more

I love everything about this car wash and the Bluebird story. I drove by the "free car wash" sign multiple times before Googling to see what this place was about. Indeed, they were offering free deluxe car washes at this location for approximately the first two weeks. I tried it out today. Free deluxe wash with no hard sales pitch. Just a brief summary of the fact that they do offer monthly plans. Brilliant marketing strategy. Kudos to the two young entrepreneurs who own this chain of car washes. Normally I just get a car wash wherever is convenient because nothing really set one apart from another. However, this car wash is a cut above the rest. To start, my SUV came out cleaner than it usually does. The extra grit that always leaks out of back hatch and trim was mostly washed away. They also have two types of vacuums hoses, compressed air, detailing towels, and a mat washer. Wow, they really paid attention to the details with this one. I'll be back. And thank you to the owners for the free car wash. It was a nice holiday treat and got me to visit your facility when I otherwise might have driven on by. read more

Excellent car wash, I also feel like it's not as aggressive as some of the other car washes I've been to. They also have a really big area to pull in and vacuum your car, with two separate vacuums, a free car matt wash station, wipes, cloth towels & more. The prices were also better than most of the other car washes I've been to. I will now be going to Bluebird Express for my car washes! read more

I am devastated! I just bought my car on January 13th. I've never purchased a carwash membership before but with a new car thought it would be a good investment. I initially chose Blueburd because the Bluebird website states that the company gives a military discount. On March 8, I was disappointed to learn that Bluebird does not actually offer a military discount despite what it advertises. I proceeded with the purchase of a membership anyway and had my car washed that day. I returned to the carwash on March 13 because of the overnight rain and was heartbroken to find a 20 inch scratch down the rear passenger door and my new rear personalized plate bent after exiting! I can't even express how agonized I actually am over this circumstance!! I purchased the membership in an effort to take care of my new car for it to instead render drastic damage. Having never been to Bluebird, I asked the attendant at the gate for a basic car wash. She punched a button and said that it was $14. I thought that was high but I usually go to self serve places or wash it at the house. Regardless, I found out later that their lowest price service is not $14, but $10. Finally decided to wash my truck today (01/02/23), along with everyone else. While waiting to use the mat washer, I started talking with other person who was also waiting. He mentioned that he worked there and asked if I was a regular customer. I am not and he mentioned if I gave Bluebird a review about my visit today, that I would get a free wash on my next visit. He gave me a business card to use. Fernando was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with him. I have always enjoyed using this car wash since the other ones are farther away. We have not received our money back. We were charged for two cars for 2 months totaling over 115 dollars. The staff at the location told us they would call hire ups but I never received a call or my money back: This was almost a month ago now. DO BETTER. read more

The convenience of all the services is, what is the most attractive about this business and the service it offers. I love that there are floormat washers however, most the time they don't work. I love that they have the wet wipes for your interior, but most the time they're frozen so they don't put them out. I love that it's a brushless car wash but yet my brand new car has a scratches on it from materials inside the actual car wash. It is a very clean facility. They're constantly coming in and changing garbage's and putting new towels out which is wonderful. But it's kind of overbearing when you're washing your car and they change your garbage cans three times. One location apparently had its pipes for it frees up so that was a little bit annoying. Also, It didn't get the mud off the underneath my car very well. But for the price you pay for two car washes in else would be equivalent to one month of unlimited . read more
