The only thing Snappy about this run down place is the way it snaps up your money with little in return. I Went in to rinse my truck in the self service bay . Coin receptacle would not accept quarters , so I used the card reader with my atm card. There was no instructions on how to start or stop the timer and charges involved. as soon as it accepted my card the timer started , so I lost 30 seconds before i realized I was on the clock. I ran the sprayer for for 5 minutes and then pushed a button on the card reader and the spray shut off . There was no explanation on how to end the timer so I took my best guess and with the mystery button it shut down. The reader display indicated a $2.50 charge to my card , so I accepted that as a reasonable fee since the posted fee was $1.50 for 3 minutes. CheckEd my online banking and a charge of $10.00 was posted to my account from Snappy Hot wash, Mountain Home ID, Reading other reviews indicate that others have been over charged with little response from trying to call the phone number posted on yelp for a resolution. I won't waste my time by trying to contact the owners , but will definitely avoid patronizing this trashy run down place in the future. read more

Tried to use my debit card at the automatic wash for $6 and debit kept declining. So the moved over to one of the manual wash bays and successfully swiped my debit there. An hour later I'm received a $10 charge on my account. Attempts to call only result in an answering machine. Left message that I was incorrectly charged but no call back. read more

Used the drive through automatic wash. Well, at least I tried to. Swiped my card for payment and chose the expensive 10 dollar wash. Screen told me wash was being used , there was no one there. Tried driving forward, backwards, and through. No dice, took my money and froze up. Went to use the self serve, that worked, but it's pricey for the short time you get. Most of the time I've used this place it hasn't been bad, however the last time I tried to get a car wash there the wash started and then stopped right after my car was covered in soap and never resumed. I ended up driving around and using the second wash port because I didn't want to let the soap dry on my car. The machine didn't print a receipt so in the end I had to pay for two car washes. Never bothered calling them (in fact I don't recall seeing a number posted), but probably wouldn't recommend using the automatic wash here. read more

This has been the most terrible establishment I have ever dealt with. The city department should actually close them down. They do not take care of their customers. There is never anyone to assist you and they will not return their phone calls. Please use the care wash on Air base road. Do not waste a cent on this establishment. read more

The last time I came here to wash my vehicle in their self-serve ports one of the machines ate all of my quarters. So I moved to another one to try again, but when the wash started I was sprayed by the hose as there was a horrible leak in it directly above me. Thank goodness I had it turned to the regular water spray.. the hot wax wouldn't have been fun to be soaked with. The automatic car wash works fine, no complaints there. But every time I go to wash my car myself here I run into a problem. 3/5 stars only because when I called their main number and complained they refunded my $2 and fixed the hose. read more

Automatic machine on the left are my ten dollars. I put my money in then selected the wash and it told me to wait because wash was in use but there wasn't a car in the wash. So I gave it a second to reset and it never did. No number posted to call either. read more

I use both the automatic and hands-on washes here. While you're not going to get a spit shine wash here - it is a no-touch machine - it does get the excessive dirt off the car. They provide a soap water bucket and brush to get the bugs off the grill and to get the dusty hard water spots primed on your widows. I've only had the automatic car wash beak once, and I called and left a message and asked for either a refund or a code to compensate having to pay twice to get the bubbles off my car. The owner called me back the next day, and she was very polite and professional, and gave me the option for a check in the mail or a code. I took the code, because I know I'll be back. read more

I used the automatic car wash and it's just okay. It's gets the dirt off but the drying mode could be longer and the machine drips water as it dries so you never get the car completely dry. I think it's pricey for the job. read more

I visited on 8/17/2019 and purchased the ultimate wash. All that I received was the removal of the dust on my car. I still had hand stroke marks from the kids trying to wash my car, water marks, and it was still dirty. I would like a refund!!! read more

Went to wash my car today and the first stall wouldnt except my card so the 2nd stall took my $10 then just stopped in the middle of my washing so now my car is still soapy so i tryed calling the manager and 3 messages later still no response from him.... hes a lawyer no wonder. Lol read more

This place was awful! Charged my card twice, sprinkled my car with soap and quit working. Called the number on their website, left a message. Someone returned my call the next day, they asked for my address so they could give me a refund....it's been 3 weeks. I called again, left a message last week, still nothing. read more

If I could put zero stars I would my parents put $10 in the first one it said someone's car was in it we were the only people there. Then it kept saying that called no answer left a voicemail saying names and numbers no call back called during the day the next day and no answer don't go they stole our money so don't go! I chose the $10 car wash. After getting the car wash I got out to dry my windows because the drier didn't do it and that's when I realized my car was rinsed and if that. There was still dirt on my windows, back bumper, tires, side of my car. Everywhere. It was crap, my 6 year old would've done a better job at home for free. I have called the company a few times, nobody ever answers, so I've left a few messages as well and still nothing. I'm tired of these companies thinking they can do whatever and get away with it because we are in a small town. read more

Easy to use. Automatic no brushes except for the wheel cleaners. It wasn't up to the $10 car washes I'm used to so that's why I gave it a 4. It did a good job cleaning my Honda CRV. read more

Worst place to ever go, I rather wash my car my self. This car wash is a joke compare to anything they have in Boise. I really wish Boise wasn't as far as a drive. In reality I rather go on base to wash my car with their car wash. First thing wrong about this place is there is always something broken, whether it's the coin machines, vacuums or the actual automatic wash. Second you will be lucky to even be able to reach a person, you call the number and they direct you to a Sprint store; which is connected to the car wash. The employees there are nice but the actual service given to those whom come in for the car wash is a joke. If anything happens to your car and you leave you number with them they don't ever tend to call you back at all. I really don't understand how they can direct someone to the Sprint store when they're not even part of the car wash or even trained to deal with the problems they have. Second the soap that is used to wash the cars is very cheap, you can tell once you come out of the wash that it really doesn't do anything at all. All the automatic wash does is spray water all over your car and leave water spots in the end. Third the actual wax that is used in the wash can stick to your paint....it was stuck to my white car and now I have blue and pink spots all over. I tried to reason with the owner whom I found was actually a lawyer in the town and all he said was he could just give me a new wash! Why would I even want to wash my car again here if it did this to me the first time?!?!? How about helping me pay for the damage your automated service created!
