Scam dealership. Went to buy a CPO M4 Competition convertible, went through the test drive with…read moreSebastian and asked about the certification process during the drive and was told the car passed without issue and the paperwork was at the dealership. Got to the dealership to be told the vehicle is NOT certified. Meanwhile, a month has passed and the listing still says certified as well as the Carfax. Sounds like fraud but that's to be determined I suppose. I was interested in the vehicle and with OEM warranty still remaining, was OK without the certification. Sebastian brought the Sales Manager Jordan over to work out a deal with me. I said I would still buy the car but for $2,000 less since it wasn't certified. Jordan said they don't discount pre-owned vehicles. I reminded him he was advertising a Certified pre-owned vehicle and had it priced accordingly. Again reminded him it was NOT certified and offered $2,000 less. He said they don't discount pre-owned vehicles but said he'd see if he could get it certified and would call me back the next business day. The next business day passed and I did not hear from anyone. The following day got an email from the GM asking how things were going. Responded and explained what was happening and Richard never responded. Called the next day, left messages for Sebastian, Jordan and Richard and none of them called me back. Finally a fourth person called and said the price is the price. Never heard back from the original three, the dealership has since lowered the price three times and are asking for LESS than I offered when they literally had me in the chair, ready to buy. Meanwhile, it's STILL listed as certified on their website, Cars.com and in the Carfax report. Integrity at its finest. I purchased two vehicles from Holman previously but never again. Ended up buying from another local BMW dealership and got a car one year newer with a $9,000 higher original MSRP and paid less money than Holman wanted for theirs. Buyer beware. If you're not asking good questions, you're likely to get scammed. Avoid Sebastian, Jordan and Richard for sure.

Great car. Very nice sales and service. One problem. My car was missing one of the manual books…read more I have called the salesman, parts, service and spoke to one of the sales manager and 3 months later I still don't have tha book. When you pay this much for a car the least they can do is get you a complete manual! Still love the car and would buy from Marlton dealer again.

This dealership underperformed on delivering a great Mini purchase experience (and this is my third…read moreMini as I love the car). i just purchased a new 2025 Mini Cooper from the Mini of Mount Laurel dealership and they: 1. Did not ensure that a rubber mat was in the trunk (as agreed to at signing), and when they called me that the car had arrived, I asked if the mats were inside the vehicle and trunk before driving almost 3-hours to pick the car up and they said "Yes". When I picked up the car, the mat was not in the trunk and the sales person indicated he didn't even remember that I had even requested them (which is funny as there were mats in the car but not the trunk) and the manager initially had been called over to guarantee the deal in the first place. The sales person (who isn't even there any more in sales) said he would have to order a mat through the parts department but gave no time of when it might be in. When I followed up on the phone in November with getting a trunk mat, sales indicated they couldn't get one in for a few weeks or even months. I then called another Mini Cooper dealership and they had one ordered and available in one day as they told me when the cars come into the New Jersey Port that's when the mats are put in the vehicles. 2. I was told by the Finance Department upon signing the paperwork that I had to make a decision before driving off the lot regarding getting an extended warranty through Mini or "The Mechanic". So I paid almost $5,000 on October 31 for the extended warranty. After I got home I made calls to 2 competitor Mini dealerships and discovered that you don't have to purchase the extended warranty before driving off the lot so on November 4 I canceled the policy. However: Finance told me in order to cancel the extended warranty I had to go to their own company owned website, log in a password and enter the VIN (which I did). Noticed on the website that it will take 4-6 weeks to get the refund (as I didn't opt to pay $125.00 to expedite a refund). I was also told by Finance that I could check on the status of the refund, but when I went back onto the website there was no way to get an update or even contact a real person. It's now December 6 and I have yet to receive the refund when all they had to do was credit back my refund to my American Express card that I initially used to pay for the extended warranty rather than make me have to follow-up. Bottom Line: Think twice before purchasing from the Mini of Mount Laurel dealership as they don't deliver on an honest and upfront customer experience which Mini has always been known for. Should you want to avoid all this unnecessary time and drama cleaning up issues that didn't even have to happen in the first place, and want an honest and efficient Mini dealership that treats their customer with respect I can highly recommend Mini of Annapolis as they were the ones to get the trunk mat for me in 1-day. It's time to put the customer first again before profits!

I came in for service because my car was showing a "malfunctioning taillight" warning on the…read moredashboard. After going to my local auto shop, I decided I better have this looked at by a Mini dealer since it was going to require genuine MINI parts. I really like the setup of this dealership but I find their sales staff to be mediocre. When I was originally shopping for my MINI they tried to pressure sell me a used car with prior accident damage and were less than upfront about it. I do like the inside of this place. It is decorated well and the waiting area is a comfortable place to spend time with lots of free snacks and drinks. As for my service visit, it ended up costing north of $500 to get the taillight assembly replaced (apparently this is a common issue with these cars). Most of this was labor costs and I am sure I could have gotten this done much cheaper elsewhere. Classic "stealership" stuff.. One silver lining was that the service rep, Andy, was super helpful and friendly. Eventhough he did try to sell me $2000 of service that I didn't want or need, he was not pushy and made the experience better than it would have been. Plus one star for him. With that said, I will not come back if I can help it.
