My husband and I made a Saturday tax appointment with Metin after reading the Yelp reviews. After arriving, we waited in the lobby area for a few minutes after being approached by another gentlemen (who we later found out was Metin's brother, Omar) who asked if he could help us since Metin would not be available for another hour. We agreed and we sat down with Omar. Omar was very nice and quiet. He went through our taxes quickly and efficiently. He needed help on a few items and Metin was able to come over and assist. Called the first location I saw on yelp in Claremont and it was Brian. He told me he moved to Rancho Cucamonga, but I was willing to make the drive due to him stating he would fit me in and accommodate me with a free estimate. Now I understand free estimates are a way of getting clients in the door, but he was genuine when we spoke and I was willing to see if that held true. I made the drive and right when I entered,he greeted me and we went to work. My taxes weren't complex at all, but he explained everything and gave me precautions on certain areas I thought we should apply to the taxes. He was honest and gave me the greatest amount of deductions I could receive as a private contractor. He also gave me the yelp discount which helped tremendously. He is not only true about price he estimated, even my tax forms are more complicated than I described through yelp message, he didn't charge me more as I was expecting to be charged more. 2. He also did addendum for my 2014 tax forms to get me $500 more refound, WITH No CHARGE 3. Very good after service.
