Next day, a part fell off inside the crystal. I returned the watch for a 2nd time and they agreed to order a replacement and notify me in time for me to depart for my daughter's wedding. I never heard back from them. I returned to the store a week later and asked for a refund and an apology--the clerk refused to apologize ("It wasn't MY fault"). The owner apologized, said they had repaired the original and it was "finished", and had planned to call me that very day. They apparently never ordered the replacement as agreed. I mentioned I could buy the same watch online for $500 less, but wanted to support a local business. They offered to knock some off the price. Why would I accept a discount on a faulty watch and poor service?`
