When it was my turn, I explained what I needed, and the gentleman said that I don't need to waste my money and he gave me some steps to do to charge the watch back up again. I went home and told my husband, he thought I was crazy! But I followed the steps and the watch is good as new! The staff member I spoke with talked about what a super neat watch this is.
