Originally I Was told the job would take three hours, for a price of $249. Which I agreed to. Once the detailers got here, he said if I wanted the tiny strip area around my windows done as well, it would be an extra $50 because it would take him an extra 30 minutes. They knew I was on a time restriction because they had to be finished by 3 o'clock for a showing on my house. So I agreed because of the extra time And felt it would make him hurry up and finish the job so that I could show my house at the scheduled time. They finished in LESS THAN TWO HOURS and still charged me $300. When I questioned the extra $50 that I was originally told was because it would take him so much longer, he said no, the 50 extra dollars is for the trim around the windows. So, beware that when you are paying for someone to buff your car, that different parts of the car, which should be included, are going to cost you extra. It's like selling someone my house and then saying "OH YOU WANT THE AIR CONDITIONING? That's extra" How about I come to clean your house, and tell you (after we have already agreed to a price), that if you want me to clean the floors that's extra. Wouldn't go over too well. Car looks fine but I don't like getting jerked around for more money once they show up at my house. *** After speaking with Francesca at the office, she is now accusing me of making up stories, and insist that the detailers were there for longer than they said they were. Even though I have screenshots, and timestamps, and there are cameras all over my driveway. Not to mention the fact that, doesn't everyone know that Tesla records everything happening on the outside of their vehicle??. It's infuriating that after I write a review, she says that they were there for a little OVER two hours. Which somehow justifies a price increase, not agreed to, for "the trim" around my windows? I made an appointment and the day before needed to change it and they reworked their schedule. I bought a new car and they are cleaning it now. I can see that they care about their work. It is a mess and they are making sure it comes out superbly. I would use them again for sure. I will have one happy wife when they are done.

My car still had water spots on it, the carpets are still dirty, I took one of the mats out and cleaned it myself, and the water was filthy. The carpets are still dirty, dirty in the corners and sides of the seats, The seats still have stains on them. The headliner still has marks on it. Marks that could easily be removed. They claim it is permanently stained, but I could rub it clean with my hand. Very unhappy with the job but Pressa refused to clean any further. When I called Premier, as they say 100% Customer Satisfaction on their website, they stopped answering my calls. No response to my complaints at all. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are RIP OFFS!!!!!all

Wow how great is that? He was right on time and did a great job. You have to give it to someone who works hard, goes out of his way and does a great job.
