So I am not from Lake Worth. I am actually from Jacksonville Florida and I'm down here to help my mom due to post surgery from lung cancer and I live on a dirt road up there so I decided oh my car needs a wash went through the car wash in Lake Worth, Florida paid $18 according to the guy at the stand where you pay stated what was included in the 18 which was a wash a dry a under wash a tire and wheel clean a tire shine and of course the free vacuums and whatever comes alongside there so I get to go vacuum my car and I am livid. My wheels are still dirty. my car looks like it was never washed or went through a car wash. There's handprints there's bugs still on it. I could've went to a different car wash and probably had the bugs taken off in my wheels actually looked decent for less than $18 anyways I went across the street to go get car washed up why because my car is not clean I want my car clean the whole purpose of me going through a car wash was so I didn't have to do it so I'm highly upset and I will not recommend this car wash to anybody unless you want to pay $30 and hope and pray that it actually cleans your car for the money. My car was filthy and in bad need of a wash. My kid recently had a party to go to down the way and when I saw Waters, I decided to give it a shot. Waters is a decent sized car wash where you can stay in your car while the job is done. While the automated wash looks impressive, it does a very basic job. After one pass though, my car was looking better, but there were still some spots that were still pretty dirty, namely the windshield, back window, grill and tires. After some wiping down with their soft towels, the car didn't look half bad. Too bad the machine didn't do a more effective job. Finally, they offer complimentary vacuums which are great. However, of the 6 I tried, 5 were either visibly clogged or had a very weak air flow. So the vacuuming portion of my time there was a bit aggravating. Overall, this place was just average. In a pinch it's fine, but I'd definitely try another place before I'd return here again. read more

My first few visits were great, no complaints. But when I tried one of their discounted membership subscriptions the second or third time, even when I cancelled online I was still charged even two months after I cancelled. When I try to call I can't reach anyone, it's a very confusing situation. I have had to call my bank twice to stop payment from Waters. It's very disappointing because my experience with them was satisfactory and great until I started getting charged monthly for something I had cancelled. I'll have to find another car wash. This was my first time coming to this car wash and I was very happy with how clean my car was afterwards. I was also happy with the selection of cleaners and towels available to clean the interior. I usually go to full service car washes where they clean the inside for you, but they always miss something. My car was much cleaner from this visit after cleaning the inside myself with the products provided. I unfortunately don't live locally or I would absolutely get a monthly membership. I will make sure to take my car here whenever I'm in town again. read more

They got my cash card and tricked me into monthly payments. I paid for 1month when I was there and we are now back to our home in NY state. We are only there for 3 months . In the winter. Had to shut that cash card down. They don't answer their phone. My bank is going to go after them for the two months that they took without my permission. read more

I've been utilizing this car wash off and on for the past 2 years. They are always extremely accommodating for all car washing needs. I never thought to post a review until today. The very sweet and kind associate who rinses cars before they go into the wash who guides you on the track made my day!! She was very happy and loving. I pulled in to get my car washed today on my way back to the office. They have two lanes there was a car in the one lane so I pulled into the lane with no car touchscreen was not responding. An employee walked over and said this was the only member? I told him I was not a member and I apologize because the car wash I normally use whether or not you are a member You can use both lanes. He responded by saying well this isn't your normal car wash is it? I asked him to repeat what he said, and he made another snide comment. At which point I asked for his supervisor and he told me he was the supervisor. I was able to make a U-turn and pull into the vacuum spaces and ask for the actual manager. I told her this was not a way to make a great first impression on a new customer. I am a national customer service manager if anyone of my technicians ever told a customer that I'd fire them on the spot. read more

Yeah, this is a rip-off, don't become a member VIP membership. The wash is not great maybe average or below. They don't tell you upfront that it is a six-month commitment to join. You end up doing most of the work yourself. They give you cleaning and vacuum free. And like the other review, you must wipe down your car completely if you want to do a good job. So drive through.NOT! What I don't like is there is absolutely NO Shade ugh! read more

It's not often that I'd write a review for a car wash, however my overall positive experience here has compelled me to do so. -- When visiting this car wash for the first time, something went wrong and the roof rack on my Toyota 4runner sustained some pretty serious damage. The staff quickly responded to the situation and got me in touch with management. Doug, the manager, explained to me that this occurred due to a software error which they have since remedied. He then arrange to have all the repairs made and paid for the whole thing. Rarely do you see a company take ownership of and correct their mistakes in this way. Despite their sleek corporate look, this place is truly a family business and the proof is in their commitment to customers like me. Great car wash! They provide you with rags and cleaning solution, they have machines to clean your car mats. The vacuums had a great suction, they also had small air compressor to blow air, it really helped get into the areas I'm usually not able to with the vacuum read more

I've been going to this car wash since they opened today I went to the car wash like I always do and my 2012 Mazda CX-9 there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car when I drove in it but when I drove out the machines had ripped my back light off the top of my SUV my car is nine years old when they called the owner the owner informed them that they do not make any repairs and are not responsible for any vehicle over 7 years old!! The worker tells me I don't know how it happened we are still trying to figure it out!! Honestly it doesn't matter how because it happened!!!
