I have been taking my dogs here for quite some time to get their nails trimmed. I have stubborn bulldogs and one with very high anxiety that he not lives with my mother in law. My one dog is usually very scared to go in but they work well with him and get it his nails done fast. My other bulldog is more friendly and likes to go everywhere, she is easier. They have decent prices for nails and because it's a small shop I trust the people working there. read more

THEY SHAVED MY DOG'S COAT WITHOUT PERMISSION!!!! 1 star is me being generous because I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have a 2-year old Alaskan Klee Kai and my mother took him in just for a small trim. She went to go pick him up and HE WAS COMPLETELY SHAVEN! Note that his hair was not matted or anything. What kind of groomer would purposefully shave a double coated dog in the middle of winter?! These people seriously need to have their liscenes checked or something because that is completely unacceptable. Hopefully his fur grows back soon but I can guarentee you we will NEVER be back to this groomer ever again. Would sue if we could but the damage has been done.... read more

Case in point this afternoon I stopped over to get a larger collar for our puppy & was encouraged to stick with what we have & given a great explanation. Fins and feathers is an incredible store. Fins and feathers has their prices and everything you could need for your pets at a great location. Everybody gives them five stars because the owner is a caring man with the customers thoughts and wants first and foremost on his mind. If some animal hoarder takes a $10 bunny rabbit and spends thousands to get it fixed I think they should get their head checked before the bunny rabbit. In my experience the owner has been nothing but bending over backwards to make me a lifelong customer. This is not a corporate store. This is one man giving jobs to several individuals, charging a fair price, and doing an exceptional job. I will be submitting photos of my dogs that get groomed there often. I have never had a problem with the groomers, the prices, or the products. I would rather shop here then Petco or any other mass-market bullshit store. Shop small business! read more

I've been to this store twice, and I swear the second time, the cat food dwindled down to an even smaller section than before. But while smaller, the prices are still good. They stock Merrick cat food at $1.09 per can, which is considerably less than the $1.29+ I've seen in most other locations. And my cat loves her some Thanksgiving Dinner. Again, shop is pretty small, but selection is fine enough with their prices so fair. You can peruse the bunnies and birds while you mull over your 'select' selection. read more

Not looking to haggle or nickel and dime this place, I brought him in and purchased a few fish and sum product . I come here to trim my rabbit's nails, and for only $5 they take care of your pet so well and even did her thumb, which the vets at PetSmart missed for several visits causing it to curl under my rabbit's paw- which I never ever noticed! TJ is an honest and knowledgeable Pet Store owner. I have a very healthy 1 1/2 year old Rat Terrier, but almost every day she would throw up, not a lot but enough that I was concerned. So I mentioned it to TJ. He suggested that the brand of food that I was buying also had food for dogs with sensitive stomachs and I bought it. Almost instantly my dog stopped throwing up, and she loves the food. I am a big believer in fixing things naturally vs using medication. I myself am a vegetarian, and do not use any kind of medication, not even aspirin. I am impressed with this man's understanding of his business, and I give him the highest recommendation possible. I would give 100 stars if yelp allowed it. So I will settle for the 5. TJ is someone you can trust with your pets.
