One of the documents was from out of state and would need to be handled separately and Terrie quickly connected me with a resource and coordinated the exchange. Given the number of documents that I had to process, Terrie offered me a break on her standard per-document fee and agreed to what I felt was a very fair overall price. On a Thursday, Terrie came to my office where I handed everything over. The following Thursday all 11 documents were in my mailbox with Apostilles attached. I was considering USPS, but given their current orders from the White House to intentionally slow delivery of mail, and experiencing issues with USPS every time I need to mail something as well as their lazy workers who flat out refuse to pickup outgoing mail where I live...the lamest excuse on the planet for this was the carrier claiming he is "too short" to properly check the boxes for outgoing mail. Last month I sent out my insurance bill, just to see how long it would take, the nearest sorting center is in Petaluma about a 20 minute drive one way from where I live. Due to the intentional delays, it took USPS 7 days to pickup my mail from their blue street box about a mile and a half from my home, drive it a bit over 20 miles to Petaluma, sort it and drive it back the same way to deliver my mail less than 3 miles from where they picked it up. This BS caused my payments to be late. Fortunately the business dealing with my late payment was understanding and did not add a late fee charge to my account. I'm so glad I chose UPS, they delivered the Santa Rosa packages the next day (today - Thursday). I have little doubt the Colorado package will be delivered before Monday. It used to be that USPS employees took tremendous pride in their efficiency, it did not take much to throw a wrench into that system - no thanks to greedy corrupt officials. I know UPS has had their issues in the past, I don't know about their current reputation, I just hope they continue to bring the A GAME I just experienced. The clerks were friendly and efficient even though they were clearly swamped. Thank you to all the employees who worked so hard to get my packages to their destinations within a remarkable time period to boot! I will return. A big NEW YORK raspberry to USPS!! Neither rain, nor sleet nor snow can keep them from making their deliveries, but a POS President and the head of USPS can and did taint the reputation USPS had going for over a hundred years. Today went I went in, there was a long line and the woman in front of me was informed colored copies are .60/each. When it was my turn, I informed them of a label I emailed to be printed. I was charge $2.50 for "computer use" when I didn't even touch a computer. I voiced my confusion and paid and walked out. Their website states copies are $.10-$.15 cents which is reasonable. I emailed the store again with my confusion. Their response is attached in the photos. I recommend going to the location down the road by Trader Joe's. Never been charged more than $1 for copies if they charge me at all. Their customer service is 100x better and they stick to the prices on the site. My small business will no longer be shipping through this store.
