Wow everything was wonderful , tasty and hot. If you have never tried Indian food this is a fantastic way to sample each dish. Everything is labeled and there are 2 dishes in each unit so there is more than meters the eye. If you are unsure take a test run with a pinch of everything then go back for the winners I will tell you I did not find any losers. Everything was clean and well maintained and we plan to return . It was a little bit from Interstate 10 but so worth the drive. At 13.99 for lunch it was well worth it. Try them out and you will be amazed how good Indian food is. read more

TL;DR: This little gem is a wonderful, authentic taste of Indian food that I can't recommend more if you find yourself anywhere near this area of Florida. I am from New Orleans and have visited for a couple of years at a Gurdwara (Indian Sikh Temple) where families take turns providing a Sunday meal after their service. The food from Fiore is just like the family-cooked meals, except with a considerable amount of chicken in addition to the vegetarian dishes that I have been used to. When we pulled up, for a Mother's Day meal, the building certainly had a humble, casual, small-town look on the outside, and I was a little nervous about what I would be getting from a small-town place in N.W. Florida. I was pleasantly mistaken. The proprietor was originally from the West Bengal area (?) of India and did his culinary studies at LSU; his intention when creating this location was to get good, local ingredients and to make the dishes in-house with a family-style feel. I believe he was successful. We ate buffet style. The naan clearly was just made (maybe on a wood-fired stone oven?). The dishes each tasted like they just were prepared by your Indian friend. The staff was friendly. The environment was all aesthetically pleasing and clean. The communications between the staff made it seem like they were just getting a bearing on a new restaurant. We go here pretty regularly. Usually we stick to the buffet bc the menu prices were just too high and didn't make sense. However they finally lowered the prices to something more reasonable (about time) so I'm hoping this helps their business pick up! When we first started going the food was always good but the service was bad so we only went once ever 4/6 weeks or so. But that's been changing. The service has been slowly getting better. Some things that still need improvement: 1) they need to get the dirty plates off the table throughout the meal if going the buffet route. 2) they need to clean the highchairs, they are GROSS. 3) they need more consistency in their items. For example I love the yogurt sauce (raita or something like that) and sometimes it's Amazing with the perfect texture and consistency and other times it's watery and a disappointment and then sometimes they don't have it on the salad bar at all. All that said we will continue to come and try new foods. Their food truly is delicious and we thoroughly enjoy it. Hopefully the service will continue to improve, they will be better about cleaning highchairs and stocking napkins on the tables, and their food will get a little more consistent. They also have a game room we've been wanting to check out but it never seems open. Either way we highly recommend checking them out if you haven't already! read more

A gem in Bonifay. Big space and great for large groups. There is a buffet with the usual suspects but we opted for A la carte. Pablo had shrimp curry which resembled dhansak and I had Lamb jalfrezi. Both were tasty. The rest of our group all enjoyed their food. Portions were big enough for left overs for breakfast the next day. Soft drinks only and Lassi. Prices commensurate with other Indian Restaurants in the area. Service was friendly but not necessarily experienced. I hope they stay in business. read more

We had dinner here last night and we had the buffet dinner. The buffet was generous and included salad, samosas, two kinds of rice, two kinds of Naan bread, several sauces and chutneys with quite a few different entrees to choose from. Most of the entrees were chicken but there was a beef dish and a shrimp dish as well. The ambiance is cushy, eclectic and colorful and the service was excellent. What a great find! I have missed having Indian food since I moved down here and had to go to PCB to fix the cravings. SO happy these guys are now just a few minutes down the road. We tried a bit of everything and it was all delicious - the veg samosas are perfect - flaky pastry shell and just spicy enough peas and potatoes. Try the Gobi Pakora - very flavorful with a nice crispy crunch. The tandoori chicken is tender and delicious, butter chicken is moist and in a mildly sweet tomato based sauce, and oh man the naan garlic bread!!! My grandson tried the buffet and loved the shrimp and beef bhuna, very affordable for a kids menu. There's a game arcade that seems to be connected next door but we didn't try that. The wait staff are very friendly, need a bit of training but overall good services. Highly recommend this one for family night, date night or take home! read more

They looked like they have a great buffet, but my wife is not a fan of buffets so we ordered off the menu and we were very pleased with the taste and quality of the food. My mother and my wife ordered two different chicken dishes, and both were very good with the chicken being tender enough to cut with your fork. I ordered a dish with the lamb. The most tender lamb I have ever eaten at an Indian restaurant. The portions were large, and we wound up taking two plates home with us. The Naan bread with garlic was probably the best Naan bread that I have ever had. It was crispy with a great flavor. The service was wonderful with the server making recommendations and explaining the different items on the menu. Definitely worth the drive if you are anywhere near.
