I didn't even have to explain to her what I needed she just knew and after making me some of her amazing French pressed coffee with homemade creamer, she got to work and spent the next couple of hours transforming my hair from a candy corn nightmare to the prettiest buttery blonde that looks so HEALTHY and GORGEOUS. Inexperienced & negative: I have been to 3 -4 different places and I have never seen this uneven job in which the directions lashes were all over. Yet, she was full of excuses and very negative when asked to correct her messy work. 'Your lashes are not much to grab or natural lashes directions are the problem' 3. Do NOT last: started to fall off in 24 hrs and worsen. Went back for correction. Fell off at the same rate after the second correction even blaming the glue. I went to a different place after to fix them and she did a great job like the other 3places I had been but didn't like the membership. Overall, I would not recommend this service and hope the owner manages the employees closely and properly train them. The desk worker was sweet. She said she is a part of the family of the owner and her sister went on vacation. I felt like the place was run by high school girls without parents.

Not once did she ask which side I sleep on (it's not my left!), so it frustrated me that she felt okay to make that assumption. She kept insisting that the line isn't visible, AS I WAS POINTING IT OUT TO HER WHILE HOLDING A MIRROR! She then leaned back against one of the counters and said I had 2 options. First, she said there wasn't anything she could do and that I just had to let it be. Then she said I could spend money to buy additional units to inject, but she didn't seem like she was interested in truly helping me figure out a reasonable solution to an issue that was created by a service from their medspa. I left feeling like I'd wasted my time (and lunch hour), was pretty much dismissed and made to feel unheard. Ironically, if I had actually felt like she was hearing what I had repeatedly tried to convey and suggested that the issue might be resolved with the purchase of a few additional units I would have gladly paid for it. Instead, she tried to make me feel like my concerns were not valid and then showed absolutely ZERO concern that I was leaving their facility more frustrated and without a solution. They (including the ladies at the reception area) seemed more concerned about getting out of there since they will be closed for the rest of the week for the July 4th holiday. Maybe other clients have just had the good fortune of having better experiences and better people to provide their services to them. This just doesn't happen to be the case for me. Obviously, this isn't the right medspa for me or for my needs/concerns.
