Great first visit! They put an anxious pup at ease. Friendly staff and great communication. Dr Cassie Bernhardt was patient, friendly and informative. All the staff were very friendly. Great service!

First time Luca met his new Vet. They are super nice and I really liked Luca's physician. Dr. Quarrels was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly to me.

Love Dr Chris Eugenio & all the staff at Fircrest Veterinary. They take great care of our labs. One had horrible allergies which is now totally managed & the other had a tumerous lump which he removed. He is very kind & compassionate & will give you all your options to make the best decision for your pets.

First i would like to say that i have only been to this vet twice but those visits changed my whole life. my ferret had a mass that was rapidly taking over his body fat, and the most humane decision was to put him down because of the condition he was in. throughout the process they were so sympathetic, understanding, and caring while at the same time being able to communicate with me the devastating facts of the situation. No judgement and no pressure on my decision whatsoever. There was a slight miscommunication issue but i can get over that because of all of the good that they have done. when i received my ferrets ashes, (i decided on cremation) i also received an envelope. inside the envelope was a handwritten letter, extremely touching by the way, and a handmade notecard with my ferrets paw prints and his name. when i opened this envelope, my heart immediately melted and i burst into tears. it has been an emotional ride to lose a loved one, and i am extremely grateful for the love and care that this veterinary hospital has put forth into this ride. the moment you meet a doctor you can immediately feel that they love what they do, and they love everyone and every pet who walks through their doors. Rest in piece, Milo

We had to cut our vacation short this last week and rush home as our twelve year old mix "Bella" had taken a nose-dive over night. We honestly didn't think she was going to make it home. On our way (5.5 hours away might I add), I called my dog's vet she had been to most of her life, sobbing. They had recently done a lot of tests on her, had made a lot of money off us, and all I was asking them to do for my dog was end her suffering. They told me they "didn't have any availability" that day (this was at 9am). I promptly hung up on them and called my mom to see what she thought we should do as I wasn't thinking clearly. She told me she would call me right back. She did, and she told me Dr. Eugenio (her vet) would be AT OUR HOME at 4pm to put Bella to sleep. This is exactly what I had always hoped for when the day came as my precious girl was terrified of the vet and I didn't want that to be her last memory. He and Cody showed up right on time and began everything with a hug. They were so sensitive to this whole situation and Dr. Eugenio took his time explaining everything that was going to happen. He asked about Bella's condition, pet her and talked softly to her. He and Cody were so gentle with Bella and took extra care of her after she peacefully passed. They gave us as much time as we needed with her after she was gone, answered all our questions, then they respectfully took her on a stretcher to the car and covered her with a blanket. Dr. Eugenio happened to be in my store that Sunday (I work in a grocery store) and he made it a point to approach me to see how I was doing and give me another hug. You do not get that from someone who doesn't genuinely care. If I could say anything about everyone who works at Fircrest vet, it would be that they make you and your pet feel like family. They are all so kind and loving and treat your beloved family members like their own. If we ever adopt another fur baby, we will always take them to Fircrest for their care. Thank you for leaving such a positive, life-long impression on us. We miss you so much, Bella.

Leo feels so much better after surgery!

I recommend this clinic to anyone who has fur babies in need of medical care. Dr. Eugenio and his staff are the best I've seen.

Dr. So called Bob comes in very aggressively doesn't even try to sit down let my dog try to feel comfortable or ask any questions he immediately tells my husband to grab him from the front and he then proceeds to grab my dog from the back to lift him on the table well my dog got scared and lunged at the doctor with his muzzle on and the doctor kicked him in his side which even the vet tech was in shock and kept apologizing to us over and over... The girls there though are amazing but dr. Bob is a ass and should not be allowed to ever treat animals again... I will be reporting him to the board...

He had a lump near his ankle that needed removal and Dr. Bob offered to remove the tartar on a few teeth while he was under anesthetic. He did a beautiful job and we were able to bring him home the same day! The bill was half it would have been anywhere else, which was appreciated since we're seniors on a fixed income! All in all, it was a great experience! Thank you Dr. Bob and Staff!!

This review is long overdue, but I want to express how truly wonderful Dr. Erickson has been over…read morethe past six years. She has cared for all of our special little rescue dogs, and we've certainly kept her busy! Through it all, she has consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional care. Dr. Erickson is kind, honest, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen. She is incredibly knowledgeable and never stops searching until she finds the best solution for our pets' health issues--and we've had plenty of them over the years. Through both the happy moments and the difficult ones, she has been our guiding light and voice of reason. She is the kind of veterinarian every pet owner hopes to find, and we feel incredibly fortunate that we found her. The entire staff at Chambers is equally wonderful--friendly, compassionate, and always willing to help. We are so grateful for everything they have done for our family and our beloved rescue dogs.

DO NOT recommend they are extremely catty and rude.- DID NOT TRANSFER X RAYS TO ER COST ME 10000…read morefor new x rays and would not answer emails or calls from other vet. I was signed up for a paw plan in which they continued to charge my card through the government shutdown. Additionally, told us they would no longer provide us services despite continuing to charge my card. They misdiagnosed my puppy after having diarrhea claiming that she had an obstruction and made us pay $800 then and there then refused to give her back to me so we could transfer her to the Emergency vet 1 hour away. We ended up going to the other vet. Find out that $800 more for nothing - that the radiology report was not read correct correctly by the vet. Even the radiologist confirmed that it was food. The manager did not reach out to me about this at all. Nor Did she have staff check on my dog. They charged me a large amount of money here, and continually their front desk was beyond rude not to mention, not helpful. Never involving higher leadership or other staff to navigate complex issues. And overall a general, extreme unprofessionalism. I do not recommend this place. They are terrible people and treat clients poorly. They did not even give my dog fluids prior to her transferring despite her having a large amount of blood loss. They did absolutely nothing and cost me an arm and a leg. I don't know what happened to this place as initially it was great. But whatever change there -was avoid them. They also don't keep their patient waiting room clean. It is disgusting.-*****Also put personal opinions of clients on medical documentation without consent written to transfer said document.
