Unfortunately, my boyfriend wanted a wrap, so he had to settle on something else. I got the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich (grilled). It was not bad. Wayyy too much buffalo sauce though! I got fries as the side and asked for them to be seasoned since apparently they are not typically. I do not know what happened or if they just do not own fry seasoning therefore used something else, but they were not good. My boyfriend got the F&A Infamous Bowl. It reminded us of gourmet KFC! He enjoyed it, but nodded there was nothing too special about it. He wasn't too fond of the chili, said it lacked flavor and tasted more like canned chili. Came hungry left hungry. Were out of several items I wanted to try. Settled on a Philly sammich... my son's pizza came out and told daughter's and my food would be right out... 9 minutes later we got our food... her wings with the wrong sauce and my sammich with wrong side. It was cold and soggy on bottom... gave back to server who never asked if they could remake it or if I wanted something else to eat. My son enjoyed his pizza is the only highlight. Stopped on our way through to St Louis. Services was extremely slow. Ordered two appetizers and they came out separately after about 30 minutes. No app plates and we had to request the dipping sauce for the curds. After an hour we finally got our food. Food was just Okay. The air conditioning must not have been working. This was the second time going. The first time was 217 burger week and the Cajun burger was good. It had perfectly cooked and seasoned shrimp and andouille sausage. The burger was suppose to be medium but it was closer to well done. Overall it was a great experience. My wife had the chicken bacon ranch wrap and loved it. The fries were fresh out of the fryer. This time we started w jalapeño popper dip which was awesome especially w the combo of toasted bread and chips. I ordered the shrimp po'boy which again the shrimp were great but there weren't enough. There were 5 shrimp and a giant bun and not enough of the suace. My wife ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza which was good but would have been better with the thicker crust. There were only 4 beers on tap which sucked but I get things happen to equipment. Our service was slower but our waitress had a lot of tables. We had not been here in a while after several underwhelming visits. We came in and there were two guys at the bar and us. Took 20 minutes for the girl to bring our drinks. We ordered a burger, chicken sandwich and chicken strips. Several tables came in after us. 4 tables got their food before us. Today almost an hour to get our food. The chicken strips were really good. The buffalo chicken sandwich was very sad, very little flavor besides the half an onion that was on it. Had to have a moscow mule turn off of our bill because it was undrinkable. The server told us she had to google it and didn't know how to make it. All and all It was ok. We didn't have it but we didn't love it enough to think about going back, either. Our food was a bit on the warm side, closer to cold. The spinach and artichoke dip wasn't very good but the bread it came with was yummy! I got the Alfredo and I felt it was a little on the small side for the price. My husband got the lemon pepper seasoned grilled salmon and it wasn't very good, either. We also got sides of cole slaw, broccoli, Brussels sprouts and all of the sides were great! The server who waited on me first never came back and asked if thing were ok. I have tried this place in the past and thought I would give them another try. We have tried this place many times when it was new - after never leaving very happy we didn't go back. 8 years later, we received a Giftcard so we decided to go. Man, I'm glad we didn't have to pay for it. It was lackluster in everywhere. The "atmosphere" or lack thereof was terrible. Service was very slow and not good. It wasn't very busy and I think that's a good indicator. Waitress said regular fries are better than waffle. Gosh, I'd hate to taste those waffle fries! These were probably the worst fries we have ever had? Very bland, unsalted, barely warm. Tasted like old, stale McDonalds fries. My pizza was bland, mushy and wet. I was gonna give this place 4 stars until I heard a waitress behind me say "Go Cubs go!" That's an automatic loss of a star. In all seriousness, it's a decent restaurant. The food was good and the service was alright. I'm not a huge fan of their cheese sauce, but I'm sure some people are. I overheard a customer ask about Gorgonzola cheese and the waiter gave an answer that could not be more inaccurate. Confidently, he said it was a Greek goat cheese. I did a quick fact check and it's Italian and made from cows milk. I just thought that was funny. Not great, not terrible, about average. I'd go back and give it another try. read more

These guys are simply doing it right! Made it in again while passing through the area and decided to upgrade them to 5-stars after the experience. There with the wife and a kid so I got a close-up look at another 3 menu items. The Thai Chicken pizza is spectacular and unlike anything you can find in the area...it simply blows away the thing they serve at CPK. Wife's margherita pie was delicious as well and the bacon on the kid's burger was damn good & smoky too. Also, we had their salted caramel cake for dessert and damn near staggered out to the car as a result - soooo good. One note for those who've had marginal service...Kayla must not have been your waitress. They seriously need to clone that woman! I have picked up pizza a couple of times and finally dined in. We ordered fried chicken dinner which is difficult to find places. We each got two large pieces of chicken, no bones. It was crispy outside and moist inside. Very tasty. The mashed potatoes were some of the best I have had out. The beans were haricot vert (very thin) which are my preference, so happily surprised. OMG....I have been wanting to try this place for a while now and I am so glad I finally did. I had a cup of chili, a little tangy but I enjoyed it. We also shared the involtini, which is going to be my new obsession! I had the wood fire pizza and the 2 other people with me had the Larry burger and they loved it. We have been coming to this establishment since it has opened & held a party in the private room. Liking it so much I had purchased coupons on Resturant.com. Well not much of liking much anymore after last nights visit. To start off seeing the sign on the door about you no longer except Resturant.com coupons when I purchased them and they never expire I was no longer able to use. Very disappointing. Next I purchased a Save Around Springfield book from a dance team. When you get the book you can download the the app & use the coupons via phone in restaurants. When asked if I could use those coupons I was also told no. Why are your coupons on this app if you can't use? I have used these coupons at other businesses when not having coupon book. And never had a problem. Now onto food...All you can eat fish was way over down & the grease tasted burnt. Ordered regular fries and received waffle. BBQ pizza was totally skimpy on the meat & onions on top. Wait staff was hit and miss. Never asked if everything was ok. Also received our silverware after all food was delivered to the table. My fiancé and I are traveling back from St. Louis to Chicago. We decided to stop here after seeing the photo on yelp of the bacon wrapped shrimp. This place has amazing food! I have been here before and always run into the same problem: slow service. It took an hour for my group of 6 to be served. While I can appreciate that a full house may cause the kitchen to be backed up, I can't appreciate the server not checking in on their table while they wait for their meals. That happened tonight. The good here is good, I usually get a horseshoe and it's good and I'm happy. This time I got the Apple Gorgonzola salad and it was good, except there wasn't really enough Gorgonzola to satisfy me. I believe there should have been more. Overall, not the best experience, but luckily I was with friends and they are the best company to be with in this situation. If you don't mind having to wait for your meal, you'll like this place, the food is good and different, there's an extensive beer/wine/drink menu and their appetizers are unique and great to share around the table. read more

Walked into the place and found no one at the hostess station. Had to wait a couple minutes before a waitress going around the tables saw us and brought us to a table. Got some nice music playing and high tech phone that takes your order and also swipes credit cards. Portions are generous and place is clean. read more

Came here with my whole family for lunch on a Saturday. We were seated immediately and our server was very polite. I had the buffalo chicken mac and cheese and it was delicious.
