The smoke ring and taste was OK, you just had to drown it in sauce to soften it up. My wife had smoked turkey and it was exactly the same, good smoke ring, interesting taste, but dry and hard from the flat top. The only thing interesting was the sausage made out of burnt ends that was really good after I fished it out from under all the cheese sauce the drowned it with. Who puts cheese sauce on smoked sausage? Ball park franks maybe, not smoked sausage! The only reason for even two stars was the service and the sausage.

There should be lines down the block to get this burger. They are made fresh to order and my burger was so juicy and full of flavor.
