I love this sauna/cold plunge experience! It's relaxing, invigorating and a really nice, clean and chill environment. Pro-tip you need a swim suit so make sure you have one with you, plus recommend an electrolyte drink! They have electrolyte powders available for purchase as well, but you can also bring your own from home. It's recommended to do three cycles starting in the dimly let and perfectly hot sauna for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse off quickly before hopping in one of the cold plunge baths for 30 to 90 seconds. I think this is something everybody should try at least once! Even if you think you won't like the cold, it is invigorating and energizing, and I feel so good after doing it! Then they have a nice relaxation room chairs, and tables available to have a cup of tea or coffee or sit and chat with friends if you are with someone else. Keep in mind this is not necessarily like a spa waiting room where it's dark and quiet, it's more like a chill spot sit and hang out and chat with others if you'd like. The spa sides are split by gender, but they do offer a date night package, which I'm looking forward to doing! It was my 1st time at this business. Fire & Ice provides contrast therapy going through a circuit of a hot sauna followed by a shower into a cold plunge and then recovery in zero gravity chairs and then repeating the process. I've never experienced this type of therapy. The benefits from the hot therapy are pain relief, muscle recovery, improved circulation and reduced risk of cardiovascular disease. The benefits of cold therapy are lower inflammation, enhanced immunity, reduced chronic pain and improved sleep. I have to tell you I was so relaxed after finishing the circuits. Their facility is very clean with a locker room (very difficult-to-use locks), shower & restroom area, lounge area, and the therapy areas. You're provided with a locker, robe, sandals and towels. There's complimentary coffee, tea and water, and also items to purchase. The locks are confusing and not the easiest to use in the locker room, and they need more hooks outside the sauna for robes as you use the sauna. I had to find another option. Marissa gave me a tour of the facility and suggestions on what to do during the therapy. Her advice was helpful especially for the cold plunge. She was always checking to see if I needed anything. Such a cool and different experience! I've done saunas before, but this place felt like a whole different level. The sauna itself felt way hotter in the best way, and everything was so clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully set up. It was also my first time trying a cold plunge, so it was such a fun experience to finally do that here. Definitely something different from my usual routine, and I'm really glad I got to try it in a place that felt so welcoming and comfortable. The staff was amazing too. Tuba, who checked me in and is also the owner, was so sweet and welcoming. You can tell a lot of care went into this place, and it was really nice getting to hear a little bit about the facility and the backstory behind it. I also appreciated all the little details -- they had showers, a hair dryer, hair ties, lotion, Q-tips, and just everything you'd want to freshen up after. I just finished this experience, and wow, I am very relaxed!! I was toured around the facility and showed how it all works, and I was the only one there for the entirety of my time there. The girl helping me out was friendly and explained the benefits of everything! I did three cycles as recommended. I did roughly 10 minutes of the sauna, 30 seconds of the cold plunge, and 15 minutes of the zero gravity chairs. The cold plunge was super cold and I couldn't plunge all the way, but I still feel like I got the benefits! The girl working offered me coffee or tea multiple times, but I just drank my water to rehydrate. Afterward, I showered. They provided everything you needed - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other toiletries. My shower wasn't draining the best, and that was probably my only complaint. This I truly enjoyed my spa experience at Fire and Ice Sauna. I went with my mom -- we're huge spa fans -- and this place exceeded our expectations. The owner was very attentive and personally walked us through each area. The changing room was well-equipped with towels, sandals, and a clean bathroom. They have four different cold plunge stations, each with slightly different water temperatures, which we loved. I had the pleasure of visit Fire and Ice sauna this past Friday as part of a Yelp Community experience, and I was honestly blown away. As a total newbie to the whole sauna and cold plunge world, I wasn't sure if I'd be able to handle the "ice" part, but left feeling completely refreshed. I love it here! My friends and I decided to do a Work from Sauna day where we brought our laptops and took our calls, answered emails and resolved issues right from the sauna. It was my first experience with contrast therapy and I will be back again for sure! I wasn't feeling the best when I arrived and by the time I left, I felt noticeably better! I had read that contrast therapy helps build your immune system so it was definitely in effect. I got to do 4 rounds during my 5 hour visit. I enjoyed this hour experience. The sauna was perfect. Hot but felt so releasing. The cold plunge was cold...lol. I got in the 45 degree tub and lasted 10 seconds. The recovery room was needed as my body transitioned between the two extremes I felt the sudden urge to take a nap while reading. Although there wasn't enough time for that if you live close that follow up nap world probably be incredible. It's worth trying to see how your body adjust. Went to F+I a couple weeks ago and I can't wait to go back! The receptionist who checked us in and showed us around was so sweet and helpful. The locker room was really nice, and so was the lounge. I loved the pictures of different saunas around the world and appreciated the plants and the calm atmosphere. We changed into our swimsuits and headed to the sauna. They had towels and slippers for us in our lockers. The sauna itself was pretty spacious and clean. You could smell the cedar! It does get hot, so the smaller towel they gave us to sit on was helpful. Once we felt like we got a good sweat, we went to the cold plunge area. There's a shower right by the tubs for you rinse off first. They also had stopwatches if you want to see how long you can handle the cold water for! Not gonna lie, I was a bit nervous... but I'm happy to say, I did it! If you're a bit hesitant like I was, DO NOT BE AFRAID lol. It truly wasn't as uncomfortable as I thought it would be, and I ended up loving it! (Tip - wear a long-sleeved rash guard). After the the cold plunge, we relaxed in the lounge area in the zero gravity chairs. I felt soooo good!! If I let myself, I could have fallen asleep! As someone with chronic sleep issues, it is rare for my body to feel that relaxed. I really enjoyed my experience at F+I and I can't wait to go back!! read more

She explained how everything works, gave us a tour and let us know she was available at any time if we needed her. The facility was very clean, had locker rooms stocked with essentials (towels, robes, slippers,blow dryer, hair bands, q-tips, lotion, makeup wipes and plastic bags to place your wet clothes in). 1st time and will not be my last. I am suffering from an arthritic knee, baker cyst, planter fasciitis & Achillies tendinitis all in my left leg. I have been undergoing PT for the past month and have not been able to walk properly for over 2 months. If part of your regimen is to minimize or eliminate pain with heat and ice...this is the place for you. My 1st visit was on 2/19/26 and throughout the entire weekend my knee felt better! I have a long way to go and will continue PT, but I did notice approx. 20% improvement in mobility, tightness & pain the day after my visit and throughout the entire weekend the improvement continued.
