Initially, Ra'chel offered to "fix" her obvious mistake. (Only on her timeline). The fix was to over extend and further disfigure my eyebrows. When I contacted Ra'chel about her horrific mistakes, she refused to accommodate me and became extremely unprofessional, aggressive, adversarial & rude.
