I will not be back. I don't know what's up with all the good reviews, but my experience has been more bad than good and eyebrows are so important! I want to cry right now because I'm going to a special event with my husband, and my confidence is in the toilet because of what this woman has done with my eyebrows. The woman who did my eyebrows, an older lady, cut the skin above my eyelid and did not tell me it happened or apologize. It was bleeding a lot. When I brought it up, instead of acknowledging it, she said it wasn't a cut and told me I'm "just sensitive." I've been to many eyebrow threading places over the years and have never been cut like this, nor spoken to in such a dismissive way. I understand accidents can happen, but what really bothered me was the rudeness and lack of accountability. Being hurt and then blamed for it is unacceptable. I will not be coming back. I should've waited for my eyebrow lady.
