Great place with great service, a very friendly staff, and delicious food. What else can you ask for? It's a very large and relaxed bar area with plenty of seating. There was a great mix of locals and road warriors and that usually means it's going to be good. Not to mention $2 draft beers all month! I just went to this Restaurant today 04/09/26 and they over charged me.The price on the Menu said 22.99 and they charged me 29.99.The manager told me that it was because the sides I choose when on the Menu don't specify nothing about that.So just make sure when you go be careful when you get your ticket! read more

The day we went for Sunday lunch, the restaurant was half full, and there were enough servers they had time to lean on counters and chat. There were 2 people in our party. It took over 30 minutes for our meal to arrive. The chicken fried steak dinner was a total fail. Neither the steak or gravy tasted close to what a person usually expects from CFS. The mashed potatoes were barely warm. The entire plate was liberally dusted with paprika-- the menu should say that-- not everyone likes paprika coated food. The fried okra was pretty bad, too. The ultimate fried combo meal had soggy fries. The coleslaw was not tasty. However, they served a delicious tarter sauce. With tip that meal was $51. Rated one for slow service, and less than average tasting food. At that price, we expect better. No return for us. read more

The food choices are varied. I was able to find things that fit a gluten free diet. The draw back is the food is too salty and a bit overcooked. The potatoes seemed like they had been microwaved because the outer edges of them were hard cooked. The only thing I could eat of the potatoes were a few forkfuls from the center of the dish. The salmon was just really dry and the chicken was almost too hard to cut. The daily mix vegetables were absolutely wonderful! We've eaten here 2x the past 2 months and have enjoyed it both times. We've had 2 different burgers that were both really good, cheese fries, bacon wrapped shrimp and mozzarella sticks. The bacon wrapped shrimp tasted good but was a tad overcooked, not a big deal and everything else was good. The fries could be crispier for my taste but they aren't limp like some places. Was passing through on my way for a drink and when I arrived at the hosts stand it was empty. Gazing up at the bar of the restaurant I did not see any social distancing from the customers to the bartenders with no masks on. To make things a bit worse, the bartenders were having pizza and serving drinks at the same time. I think that could get a place shut down? Also witnessed customers having pizza with them as well. Seeing this I immediately left and regretted stepping inside. I will be getting a covid test tomorrow. Luckily I was far away. I recommend all of the employees and customers get tested. I am going to repot this place. I lost both of my parents to covid (with no underlying conditions) and my wife as well. This is not to be taken lightly. Please do not come here for the sake of your health and safety. Do not be SELFISH and endanger the lives of your loved ones just for a pizza and beer. My husband and I have eaten here twice. The first time was just a few days after their opening. The food was soooo good. They gave plenty of food for the amount per plate. Had no complaints. Today however, was the opposite. We both ordered the exact same meals, they were both not worth the money. Very disappointing. Not sure if it's just a cook error or what, but thankfully our waitress noticed i had only taken a bite from mine and was kind enough to have it taken off of our ticket. Will try again another time. Tried this place for the first time. Won't be back. 45 minutes to get food. Husband ordered chicken fried steak and got chicken fried chicken (piece of chicken on a small amount of mashed potatoes and a little bit of corn...no gravy). My chicken strips were cold. When the waitress asked how everything was and we told her, she was not concerned at all and didn't offer any apology. Decor is cheap looking and very little atmosphere. Very disappointing that we can't get more good restaurants in Pampa. read more

I have eaten at fire creek bar and grill three times and ordered a ribeye steak twice and both times 50% of it was fat and grissel. When you pay $25 for a steak and your still hungry after eating because you only get half of what you pay for is bullshit. When you go to any steakhouse they cut off excess fat before they weight it and cook it but not at this crap hole. All three times there was a bad experience with the food. Never again. Hope the place go's under or gets a owner who gives a shit about providing decent food. read more

Went to try Fire Creek today, and spent 25 minutes waiting on a table for 2 people. Usually this wouldn't be an issue, but there were SEVERAL (at least 15) visible tables available, and we were the only ones waiting. After 20 minutes, seeing several employees walking around, watching TV, and a serious lack of communication from the hostess I asked how much longer it might be and was told it would be 10 more minutes before the hostess would be allowed to seat us. We decided to go leave and to go to The Plaza and in the time we spent waiting at Fire Creek, we have already been seated, and received our lunch. Hopefully we can give this new restaurant another chance in the future. read more

Food was mediocre at best. We have been wanting to try this place since they opened, and most likely, will not eat there again. I ordered the chicken alfredo and my wife got the NY strip. Her steak was at least 50% fat and was priced $2.50 more than the online menu. What she originally wanted from the sandwiches, still in the online menu, was no longer available and the current employee seemed to have no idea what it was when we called. The alfredo sauce was very bland. Nothing about this experience was worthwhile. Save your money and try another restaurant that has proven themselves and is more consistent with listed menu items, pricing and quality. read more
