The Fresca was our favorite, with fresh pesto vibing great with the arugula. The Marg was sweeter and vibrant. The Arrab may not be to everyone's taste: it's spicy and bitter (Italian parsley and capers), but again, fresh ingredients make it delicious. Others have commented on the crust. This is a more Sicilian, focaccia-like crust than it is a NY crust, which would be flat and crispy. You can tell Adelina's really pays attention to this foundational element because 1) it's airy, crispy and soft, while maintaining a slightly chewy texture; and 2) they have a manifesto about it on the menu.
