Small hometown BBQ joint that doesn't skimp when it coms to quality or quantity. Tried a full rack of ribs and a pair of each 3 tacos offered. Ribs were big, just smokey enough to not overpower the flavor full rub, sauce was sweet with a little heat, great consistency. Pulled pork and pulled chicken were good but the brisket was outstanding, best American style taco I've ever had, 2 tacos might not sound like a lot but add a side & its a full meal. This is great barbecue. Have gotten the brisket sandwich a couple of times and it was delicious each time. My mom gets the salad with a protein (smoked turkey, chicken, pulled pork, etc.) when she visits. For the quality and the location, it's a steal. Nothing close by that compares. We tried the fireman's feast (I think that's what it's called) which is a nice way to sample all their meats. We were impressed with everything we tried. The cheesy potatoes and the beans were both delicious. Mac and cheese was pretty good. I do prefer a little more sauce so I add it, nbd. Service is fast and friendly. We typically get it packed to go but lots of nice outdoor seating for summer. Makes the trip to Syracuse for Dinosaur BBQ pointless in my opinion. read more

Small restaurant off the side of a road that could be easily missed! Upon entering, we were met with a dimly lit atmosphere and aesthetic decor. The staff were very kind and friendly as well. We ordered the full rack of bbq ribs. They were extremelyyyy tender and soft. At the same time, however, they were very fatty and kinda greasy. The meat itself also didn't seem to have been marinated, so you can really taste the quality of the meat. I personally like more saucy ribs, so I added bbq sauce (does not come with it). Overall, it was decent but might not get again due to the greasiness. The Mac and Cheese was not bad but somewhat basic, extremely buttery, and greasy as the oils from the cheese separated from the pasta. It also lacked depth in flavor, so I paired the ribs with the Mac and cheese, and it was much better. The Hickory Beans were sweet and savory, but the best side was the Cheesy Potatoes. Just luscious, creamy, succulent and not overly heavy either. Overall, it was a decent bbq experience and would recommend to anyone driving by to give it a try! read more

This place is incredible!! It was a bit of a drive for me but so worth the trip!! No frills, family owned, firefighter-forward good hometown BBQ. My other half and I came a little late on a Saturday for our first trip. We had previously attempted to come and when we got there they were closed unexpectedly, so check their Facebook Page before going! The food was incredible, I love that they have half orders of the brisket nachos; I highly recommend, the brisket was amazing. The fireman's feast was great, the ribs were amazing, perfectly smoked, the bbq sauce on the side was great too! Lots of variety of local beer on tap, and very friendly service! I think you're supposed to order, pay, then sit down and eat, we did it out of order which made me stressed just because I didn't want them to think I was a dine and dasher, but they were so kind! If you have a firefighter in the family like me, the name, the decor with all of the patches and other memorabilia is really cool to see. The one thing I wish they had was a bigger variety of different BBQ sauces, but that's their prerogative! Definitely check 10-10 out! They rival big name BBQ restaurants in Syracuse! We just moved up from Texas last year so we're used to BBQ in Austin Texas (for 25 years) - it's some of the best. 10-10 is just as good as any of those and better than most. We used 10-10 to cater a birthday party and it was great! The chicken and pulled pork and potatoes were delicious! We had leftovers and people loved taking home some extra. The owner was friendly and set up everything. We like spending local when we can and 10-10 makes it easy and does a great job. Absolutely will be back! read more

Came as part of a wedding renewal taking place on location. We were in the catering building that is currently being finished. Inside the restaurant, there is many things going on with a firefighter motif. Though limited seating inside there is plenty outside. With a wide selection of barbecue and beer on tap, there is a variety to choose from. Staff were busy but personable. We got pulled pork sandwiches, salt, potatoes, Mac salad, and some barbecue tacos. Pork was good though a bit dry, and the bun was definitely too small for the amount. Not tremendously seasoned, but went well with barbecue sauce. The potatoes were salty in a way that they should be. The Mac salad was tremendously bland. Celery should not be the main flavor. Overall a serviceable meal, but definitely with room for improvement. read more

We used 10-10 BBQ to cater our graduation party on 7/13/24 at Myers Park. Fritz was professional, timely, and provided exceptional customer service. The food and the entire setup including cutlery, plates, etc. was just as we expected. We had numerous comments on how deliciously amazing the food was which was evidenced by several empty trays. Mac and cheese was a crowd pleaser second to the pulled pork. We will definitely use 10-10 BBQ & Catering again for our party needs. It wasn't our cup of tea. The giant fatty smoked ribs were nearly impossible to bite through. The brisket was ok, the chicken was weird. No one liked the food, one child liked the Mac and cheese and that was about it. It's not fall off the bone ribs it's more like spicy jerky ribs with tons of fat and choking by kids. I'm stopped here after a hike at the state park. I ordered the loaded nachos and loved every bite. My husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich with two sides. Sandwich was a good size, Mac and cheese was very dry, and potato salad was just ok. I would stop here again, but maybe try different sides. read more

We order from 10-10 BBQ every time they're open and have yet to be disappointed! Hubby usually gets ribs/brisket, I'm a huge fan of the pulled pork sandwiches, and my kids are in LOVE with the bacon mac & cheese! The prices are perfect! Our plates are overflowing with food and we all have full stomachs when finished. The staff is friendly and willing to accommodate you!
