Then they trying to make the deal multiple times more difficult than needed but she was going to call me back the next day to schedule a site inspection to make recommendations. So I waited 4-5 more days and still nothing, I called my old company back in California and an hour later I had a design and estimate, I called and paid over the phone and will have my project completed in less than a week, I wil never call this company again nor recommend them to any of my clients, I do not like being lied to or blown off, just tell me the truth and do what you say you're going to do!!

We had two prospective companies come give us estimates. Sierra Nevada's estimate was $450 or $45/hr for 10 hours (3 people cleaning) I wanted a full deep clean of entire downstairs and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. The other company estimate was $267, and for what I wanted (DEEP CLEAN) that seemed too low. We hired Sierra Nevada. And when I say "we" I mean my husband. This was a gift for me from him because he just had major surgery and I tore my hip labram 1 week before, I am also raising my 9 month old grandson. I have a lot on my plate and my husband was trying to clear a big part off of it. I was who they met at the door and I thought I would give them extra explanation to what I meant for a "DEEP CLEAN" but they literally stared at me and asked "do you need anything" Looking back that was my moment to explain to them exactly what I wanted but in the moment I felt like I was unwanted (This is a product of my autism, and not their fault in anyway) I told the staff that if they had questions where rhey could find me and they started cleaning. They were very prompt and arrived at their exact scheduled time of 9am (earlier actually to unload their equipment) and I was impressed. They cleaned until 12:30pm and checked in with Jeff before they left. Nothing was ever really said to me, and maybe this was the downfall because I usually ask many questions but I was leaving this all tk my husband, as I said this was a gift from him and I shouldn't have to interfere. My precursory walk around my home was impressive, the main things I had on my list were cleaned...spare bathroom shower was perfection. All the kitchen appliances were spotless. My heart felt really good. During this time I was also spending time in bed recovering from a serious injury to my hip, but slowly I was using the spaces cleaned by Sierra Nevada House Cleaning and noticing how much was missed. But I thought I was nitpicking. The most concerning and unusual thing was when I used my garbage disposal and found 3 little weird chunks of glass. I honesrly couldnt figure out where they came from. Until I used my microwave several days later and realized there was an inch chunk missing from the plate. That's when I asked my husband to reach out. I didn't know the policy was to reach out in a certain amount of time. So we passed that and there is nothing this company can do to help us. Which is...ok, fine. So basically we paid $450 (plus $75 tip) for 3 cleaners from 9am-12:30pm to clean 650sqft (2.5 baths, kitchen/dining room, living room, stairway/hallway) They broke part of our microwave, left huge scuff marks on our front door and above our cabinets, left a sticky brown stain next to the main bathroom toilet, did not clean 2/3 of the kitchen counter tops, and left the walls and stair banister untouched. When my husband reached out, Jocelyn let him know that he had not asked for the "EXTRA DEEP CLEAN" and let me just say this man had no idea there was a different level to the deep clean. He was offered a cleaning, deep clean, or move out clean. What do you think this man chose with his best knowledge and love in his heart? That's right...deep clean. So...this was a very long way to say don't use this service. I was excited and hopeful and happy to pay premium to walk downstairs and feel like my home is as clean as the day I moved in. Instead they spent tons of time organizing areas that I didn't want touched and left the banister and walls dirty and broke my microwave.

Imagine a new rental with so much hair in the vents it was very nearly a fire hazard, and 1 company didn't respond/answer at all and another was over 2 weeks out - ma'am, the place would be ashes by then! Jorge's level of service--EXCEPTIONAL. Kind and considerate, and went the extra mile multiple times. We were having an issue with our dryer telling us our vent was blocked. Jorge checked the vent from outside the house, explaining what he was seeing as he cleared out whatever he could find. Since that didn't fix the dryer issue, the dryer company sent out a (pretty lazy) service person, who took a brief look and said it was still the vent. Jorge offered to come back and take another look, even going down in the crawl space to disassemble and reassemble the dryer vent to see what else he could find. Nothing. It's actually the dryer that has a wonky sensor--thanks to Jorge's genial hard work, we now know this definitively. Thanks guys. The stairs also had the carpet wrapped around the sides. Everyone else that I had spoken to about the floors either wasn't willing to fix that or only wanted to replace it with carpet which I wanted to eliminate. Sergey showed up on time, was very professional & very accommodating. With everything I showed him that others didn't want to touch his response was "we can do that!" Others wanted me to do a bunch of prep myself so I would have had to find & hire someone else to do it. Mark (the installer) was amazing! He let us know he would be coming by a couple days ahead to see what the job looked like. He was super efficient & obviously knows what he is doing. Watching him work makes you realize how skilled he is at his job. He was nice, always professional & communicated really well. Mark had to use his creative ability to do the stairs & loft in a way that worked & looked great! He is definitely the guy you would want to do your floors.
