I started trying to get a bid in April, sent in photos of the 16x32 foot area needing a sun shade, but never heard back from Chris the only one who provides bids. I called back again and spoke to him. He told me he would email a bid, but that never happened. My last attempt was an email asking if it was realistic to expect a bid or even a response. Again, with no reply from Chris. I have never encountered a company with such poor customer service.

Matt came out, counted our window panes (98, turns out), and gave us a VERY fair bid. He spent much of the day on the job, taking care not to damage any screens (something our previous cleaner couldn't seem to grasp).
