It took them over 2 1/2 months to finally get to us because we were 30 minutes out of their way. When they finally did come, they came unannounced, were rude and acted like it was our fault that the system did not work. When they finally located the problem they did't even tell us what the issue was and tried to just leave without testing the system or talking to us at all. They had to be prodded to even find out what the issue was. They did the least amount possible and I would never use them again under any conditions.

Through the years one thing has been very consistent at scholzen products. The service is poor. Despite short lines, it takes very long to get any help. When you do finally get helped you walk away feeling like you've severely inconvenienced the employee who "helped" you. Also, I've never one had help loading, it hasn't even been offered. It doesn't matter how big my order is. One time I picked up over $800 in sewer pipe and the guy said, "well, you know where all that stuff is". I wouldn't shop there anymore if it weren't for the fact that scholzen products has a little bit of a monopoly in this are for certain things.
