So not only did it fall, the pipe broken and the soapy water went everywhere. The bottom of my cabinet is warped. No clips no brackets or brace were installed under the sink. They just had silicone and epoxy cardboard. This also happened to my neighbor 6 months prior to this. This company also installed their sink. Obviously they cut corners and are lazy to do things correctly. When called to see if they would fix their work. They would do it but would charge us. This was an installation error. A sink should never fall, especially after 5 years! They clearly don't care about quality of their work or retaining customers. Would give zero stars if I could. I'll pay someone else to fix it.

We took it over to them and they immediately helped us find the part online. They said they would order it, and would let us know when it came in. A few days later, they called us and informed us they had the part in. They went above and beyond to not only help install the broken part, but also started from scratch with putting the computer back together... fixing the many mistakes we had made ourselves. They did it free of charge, and they didn't make much profit out of the part they ordered for us. What incredible men that work there! However, I ordered three hand-rails for my stairs and during contact the guy asked where I want the 14 foot piece to be cut. What? I wanted a 14 foot rail, so I obviously didn't want it cut. He assured me you wouldn't be notice it. I don't know why I took his word for it... it's not even the same piece of wood. I'm just upset because even if hypothetically they sent out a new 14 foot piece I would need a contractor to reinstall it and the balusters will look all messed up from having nails taken out and put back in. It's just a lost cause. It just isn't going to look good and that's that. I'd give them one star if it wasn't for how friendly they were.
