Rick was advertised at the guitar center with free lessons with the purchase of the guitar. I'm a busy dad with a limited amount of time to practice. Rick is super-patient with me and very helpful with little tricks that make the guitar more fun. I'm getting the hang of the guitar after several months and look forward to my lesson each time. Rick knows a lot of history which adds color to what I'm trying to learn. He can play any song I bring in and teach me how to play it. I'd highly recommend Rick to a beginner like me. Rick is great and the space where we practice is really nice.

I confirmed with PRS customer service that these were on pre-order by all the dealers. So I emailed Rusty Frets on Reverb "So this is not a pre-order? PRS says they have not started shipping these yet.". It is now June 23 2019 and Rusty Frets has not responded. I would avoid these guys.

The main shop repairs, sells, and rents violins (and larger stringed instruments). Also, there is a studio for teaching the violin to children. Parents will welcome the accomplished instructor and the ability to start the learning journey with a good quality rental violin. Later as the student shows dedication, this is an excellent shop for purchasing. Another reason this shop deserves respect is keeping their doors open when the number of music instrument stores seems to shrink every year.
