I've gotten I think 5 repairs here and they have either made the instrument worse by introducing a new issue or just not helping the issue at all. I recently went there for a repair for my instrument (a woodwind with a reed) and they even gave me the repair for free! Uh, new problem, my instrument now sounds like shit and is super airy. They also claimed that there was actually a note that wasn't working and that they fixed it?? Spoiler alert, I used to be able to play the note, NOW I CANT AT ALL! Awesome!
