Easy load in and out. Well lit, clean and comfortable rooms make this my new go to place since Sound Matrix closed down. Donnie the person that runs it is beyond cool and easy to deal with. There's no other practice rooms, so you don't hear some other band pounding through the wall. You may hear some drum lessons or otherwise going on next door in the Rockstars school. (which this is part of - you go talk to them when you arrive) Our band plays pretty loud, and the PA could be heard clearly over the instruments. Actually, some of the clearest vocals we've had. Usually the smaller spaces cause too much feedback. This space allows you to spread out a little and keep the mic away from the speakers. We didn't use the backline gear aside from the PA, so no opinion there. Private restroom inside the unit is great, too. At some spots, you have to wait in line when you're in the middle of a rehearsal... paying by the minute to stand around. Private air conditioner was cool, too. (no pun) It kept the room comfy. All in all, great deal for a great space. We'll be back.
