GM and family owner, Heidi Strong disregarded it as a miscommunication on the Servives Managers as they deemed it as a "drop off appointment". The GM gave no solution, only to impersonally text me, " Yes, Eric put you in our scheduler to set you up with an appointment on that day like he said, so that they could fit you in when able. Otherwise, you would not be present in the schedule to fit you in... so basically there, but pending like he explained. The verbiage should b updated to reflect that, but brand new system that we r working through. So same as what he told you during the conversation. Sorry 4 the confusion." They lost a potential customer and one to warn others, as they also blame it on "A new computer system". Being from out of state, having a broken down rig, and needing to get home, I was not in a very good position. Paul, the owner/service manager, opened up a bay for me, assigned a great mechanic, Brandon, and I was on the road toward home by the end of the day. The repair was made with quality parts and a thorough attention to detail. If I had a week to research shops to do the work, I would have chosen Fleet Maintenance over everyone else; they were that good. James
