I am from south central MN and have a family mechanic and tow insurance for the distance there for larger issues, but for smaller issues I would like to not have to drive an hour and drop off my car and borrow one and the whole rigamarole. It's nice to have somewhere nearby. In my experience, I remember the service to be timely, not too costly, and well done. I get a solid, uncomplicated description of the issues otherwise existing in my vehicle as a person without car background, past what I've picked up as a regular commuter, some of what was described to me being more or less what I'd anticipated with a used $3k Toyota Corolla that I've had for a few years now. I appreciate being able to text Lisa regarding issues that come up and negotiate time to come by to get it looked at, so I can pass along accurate written information at my convenience, versus some other auto places in the area I've tried to go through that were phone call only. As i was getting out of my car the manager approached me and began to lecture me how i wasnt supposed to drive into the bay. Very unfriendly, no greeting.
