One of the best pizza experiences we have had! They were on time, pizza was delicious. They have creative toppings and lots of options.

Food was great. We are pizza people, white brick oven is my personal favorite. Theirs did not disappoint. The true star of the show was the wings though. They came without sauce which immediately sent red flags. However the seasoning was delicious! We came to town for a graduation and had car trouble so we did delivery. The folks here are super nice, friendly, respectful and all the good and lovely things about humans. We very much appreciated the service and engagement and that is worth noting when younger people are managing. Too often I experience untrained, teen-aged staff as dismissive. These kids are alright! The ambiance though left a lot to be desired, feeling very much a typical strip mall vibe, lacking any notion of character. Really though it's the food that draws locals (and us travelers) to its doors so let's get to that. Pizza, generally, is almost always good, and that's the rub with Firehouse. The pizza was *only* good for a place with such high ratings (the reason for our detour). It is mostly unremarkable in presentation and taste which, based on the principle that there is no bad pizza, means yes go here and eat pizza - most will not be disappointed. Not sure I would come back if say Dominos or Pizza Hut were more convenient (being a cheaper alternative to only wanting a good pizza). The biggest improvement to satisfy my palette would be the crust. It was undercooked (on both traditional pizzas we ordered), doughy, and needed some decent proving and a bit longer bake. I think that may help this thin crust style pizza (traditionally notable for a crispy-ish bite) achieve at least another satisfying star from me. 2 stars read more

Firehouse pizza was great. My daughter and I stopped here traveling through town. My daughter had the margarita pizza and I had the backdraft pizza. The crusts were very crispy and thin. The toppings were very good quality and both pizzas tasted fantastic. I really enjoyed their spicy sausage and pepperoni on the Backdraft pizza. The service is also very good. They are friendly and welcoming and happy to serve. My daughter also had a cannoli, which she said was tasty. The restaurant is very clean and sort of a Nuevo cafe. Holy smokes! In Casper for work, and happened to find this place. Freaking great pizza! Quick service & the prep/cooking didn't take long at all. Wood fired pizza definitely is some of the best! I got the chief pizza (May have the wrong name..) and it had Whole milk mozzarella, pecorino romano, ricotta, aged sopresso, pepperoni, basil and honey drizzle. Honey may sound weird to some, but holy cow it is the perfect touch the compliment the cheese and meats! Will definitely return! read more

Great pizza and experience. I had a hard time finding what I wanted on the menu on the yelp app. I ended up ordering 2 pizzas and an order of garlic cheese bread for kids. I asked them not to make the cheese bread too garlicky since it Would be for kids. The pizzas were delicious and my kiddos loved the cheese bread. Food was ready to pick up in 15 minutes. I've been craving build your own personal pizza type of places like Blaze and Pieology so I decided to check this place out. Placed an order online and order was ready in a timely manner. I decided on the Pizza Firehouse and Pizza The Chief. Both pizzas were really delicious and definitely worth the price which isn't bad at all. I will definitely be coming back for more pizza. A welcome and well needed "quick" pizza location. While not in the typical busy area of Casper, Firehouse takes two store fronts worth of a newish strip mall across from retail locations. Opened by a passionate owner, whom was very visible and active since inception, they provide super quick, custom pizza to your desire. One size fits all is the rule I guess. That includes the cheese sticks, (recommended) that are the same pizza size prior to cutting as well. They have self serve soda service which I like, and serve beer as well. The pizza is good when hot and fresh. They have a dozen or so recipes or you can create your own pizza "subway" style, but it can get pricey if you go all out in an a la carte style. Not recommended to sit in the refrigerator for a day or two before reheating. read more

Ordered the NY 11" pizza $9.95 with extra basil for 50 cents. I was amazed when they called our name, because we were only sitting for about 5 minutes. But the pizza was absolutely dripping with oil. I would have taken a picture of our plates and napkins, but thought it would look suspicious to take a picture of our food after it was all gone! And there was barely one basil leaf torn apart on our pizza. read more

Their cheese is not without rennet which is baby cow stomach enzyme. I checked and complained. They said they would keep the non animal rennet cheese, the cheese they use to use on hand. I went clear over there around the time the owner said that and they didn't have it. Also they are very stingy with their basil and i think that is dumb.
