Wow, great breakfast spot downtown Casper. Lots of space, parking can present a problem, especially during busy hours. We got seated immediately, but been waiting awhile for a Server???? Jayden our Server had a big table but is taking care of us right now, very sweet, accomodating and helpfu Trying Avocado & Toast (Very tasty but eggs were cool????)and two eggs and sausage (Very Good, Sausage had a Kick-spice wise). A wonderful brunch spot! We popped in on a Sunday and had a bite of wait but estimated time was on target. Once inside, the staff is hustling. A case of cinnamon and crumb rolls are a bit of a distraction until I see the wonderful menu. Our waitress is charming and attentive. The food is all made to order and with quality ingredients. I love that you can order a latte w/your meal. I had an iced vanilla latte w/my cowboy skillet & wow! It beat our breakfast place in California (that's for sure). I order something just like the cowboy skillet at our usual breakfast spot & Eggington's was better. The hubs & kid split a Belgian waffle and a side of bacon. The kid ate everything on her plate. So did my man. The ambiance of the restaurant is really cool. We really loved all of the brick and country/breakfast decor. Do yourself a favor & get there early. The focaccia biscuits & gravy, andouille hash & eggs, and chicken fried steak are my favorite breakfast menu items. Also, they always do my over medium eggs perfect! Sunday brunch did not disappoint. Such an iconic landmark, so, patience please, as you will have to wait to be seated. Our server, (Aneshea?) was sweet, prompt and super efficient. Coffees on the table and orders taken, we waited in anticipation. As we were a party of 4- we had a nice variety for our breakfast meal. Our friends had the Greek Benedict and red potatoes & the Bacado omelette with cheese hash browns. Both plates were plentiful and they both enjoyed. My husband had a cheese omelette with side of crispy bacon and I had the smothered burrito with side of cheese hash browns. As I stated, omelets were very big and my burrito was fat and tasty! Coffee is strong and hot and the ice water was plentiful. The restaurant was super cute, with delicious baked goods greeting you at the front entrance. Next visit, we'll try lunch! read more

Carry out Biscuit's and Gravy had pieces of what looked like plastic in the gravy. Grossed me out enough to get ill thinking how much I ingested before discovering them. Had to throw the bulk out. My husband and I favorite brunch spot! Service is amazing, as is the food. We go a hour before close and usually get seated very quick.

Food was delicious! We've been here a couple of times now and it's definitely worth it. Service is has always been great the times we've been. The food is very good, the coffee is good and plentiful, but there is not a better staff anywhere. They are efficient and delightful and make you feel welcome. Probably THE most sort after Breakfast place in downtown Casper, it is certainly the busiest but actually for me it turned into a slight disappointment hence the 3 here. I don't like restaurants that keep folks waiting (Long wait, 45 mintues to an hour) when you eventually get seated, I noted a series of random rotated empty tables which slowly got filled, leaving other random tables empty. Almost to suggest that the business stages the lines of people to provide a sense of popularity to their patrons. It's definitely not the speed of the table clearers who do such a great vulture like job swooping in as soon as you leave to clean the table as a team. But still, why leave folks waiting in low 30 temperatures, atleast sit them at tables, serve water, tea/coffee and let them know there would be a wait for service due to the busyness. I will add, despite the crack cleaning crew we ended up having to clean the mass of food left on our seats upon being seated. The food itself was good, they have their own hot sauce which is really great and available for ordering online. Service was excellent, my biggest disappointment was that at when appearing at 1030am, seated at 1120, despite closing hours later and only sering Breakfast, they had run out of oatmeal. Amazing place for breakfast. Arrived at 7am and were seated immediately. On our way out, the amount of people that showed up reinforced our resolve to go early. The menu had so much variety of all the great things about breakfast, that there is for sure something to order for anyone's breakfast craving! Fantastic breakfast spot in the heart of Casper! Went on a Monday for a quick breakfast and though it was busy, the service was wonderful and atmosphere was very comforting and not too noisy. I had Aneishsa as my server and she was excellent, very accommodating to any changes with the meal or substitutions and she was also attentive to my need for water or coffee. The food itself was great, bacon perfectly crisp and omelette was delish! I asked for a side salad rather than potatoes and it was huge and tasted so so good. Another great recommendation from one of the locals I was working with this week! We came for lunch on a Thursday and even though it was busy, we were sitting within a few minutes. I ordered a wrap with fries and the recommended fresh squeezed orange juice. Everything was de-lish! The only issue was that I was too full for one of the MASSIVE cinnamon rolls. Oh well, next time. This is the second time we have eaten here and it's always food. They are so friendly and the service is fast. The restaurant is big but it's not overpoweringly loud inside.
